THE TOILET WAS BLACKED OUT BECAUSE OF THE BAD PLUMBING AND THE PLUMBING DRAINS THAT WERE GOING OUTSIDE.

UP UNDER THE SINK THERE WAS A WHOLE WHERE THEY WOULD SAY RATS WOULD COME IN-AND-OUT OF. OF COURSE THERE WAS ROACHES AS WELL. HE HAS PLYWOOD COVERING THE PLUMBING PIPE. ON THE OUTSIDE, I GUESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE PLUMBING PROBLEM. THE AIR-CONDITIONING HAD AN INSTALLATION DATE OF FOU FOUR-122018.

JENNIFER AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD BE ISSUING AS AN OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE WHICH WE INITIALLY APPLIED FOR BEFORE ALL OF THIS OTHER STUFF CAME ABOUT. ALSO I HAD TO I KNOW AND PROBABLY ALL OVER THE PLACE AND I APOLOGIZE.

WE ALSO HAD TO PROVIDE PROOF THAT WERE RE- IN THE LOCATION FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. WITH NO INDICATION OF THE PROPERTY BEING LIT BETWEEN INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL.

SO ONCE WE GOT THAT CLEARE UP. THE ONLY THING THAT I KNEW IS THAT I HAVE TO BE HERE IN COURT TODAY AND AFTER COURT TODAY FOR SOME REASON I THOUGHT THE PERMIT WAS GOING TO BE SUBMITTED.

I HAD NO KNOWLEDGE THAT THE PERMIT WAS STILL NOT GOING TO BE SUBMITTED OR FOR WHATEVER ROLE REASON.

BASED ON INFORMATION FROM A CONTRACTOR.

IT WAS REJECTED FOR INSUFFICIENT PLAN DETAIL BY BOTH THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND THE BILLING DEPARTMENT.

SO I AM SOMEWHAT FAMILIAR WITH THE CONVERSATIONS THAT YOU HAVE ON PLANNING. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE THIS APPEARS TO BE A NONCONFORMING USE SITUATION, SO THE APPLICANT HAD TO DEMONSTRATE THERE IS NO MORE THAN 12 MONTHS LAPSE OF THIS USE SO IT CAN CONTINUE TO REMAIN A NONCONFORMING USE. SO IF THAT IS BEEN SATISFIED YOUR CONTRACTOR STILL NEEDS TO SUBMIT REVISITED -- REVISIONS TO THE PERMIT TO SATISFY THE PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
