THE CITY REQUESTS THAT IF THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FINDS A VIOLATION EXISTS THE VIOLATOR BE GIVEN ZERO DAYS BECAUSE HIM BEING A REPEAT VIOLATOR TO COMPLY OR A FINE OF $100 A DAY BE ASSESSED. AND I HAVE PHOTOS

A NOTICE WAS SENT FOR HIM TO HAVE THE REST OF VIOLATIONS COMPLETED BY OCTOBER 25, 2019.

DECEMBER 17, 2018 THE VIOLATIONS WERE COMPLETED BY MO FOR LESS LAWN CARE AND AN INVOICE WAS MAILED TO MR. TOROK.

ON JANUARY 27 OF THIS YEAR, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REQUESTING A HEARING TO APPEAL THE CHARGES.
