I CHECKED WITH THE UTILITY [00:25:01] AUTHORITY BOTH STRUCTURES, THE UTILITIES ARE TURNED OFF IN 2008. QUICK REVIEW OF THE STATUS IT IS NOT HOMESTEADED WE CONFIRMED THAT WITH THE TAX COLLECTOR AND PROPERTY APPRAISERS. IT'S NOT OCCUPIED.
