THEY PLEASE PAINT THE TRIM, FRONT WOOD AND BRICK WHERE IT IS PEALING. REPLACE THE ROTTING WOOD ON THE TRIM AT THE FRONT AND EASTSIDE. PLEASE REPAIR AND REPLACE THE ROTTING WOOD ON THE SOUTH FACING WALL AS THERE IS INSULATION PROTRUDING OUT. EXTERIOR STRUCTURE IS REQUESTING R AND D FOR ANY PROTECTIVE TREATMENT.
