STARTING BACK IN MARCH OF 2020 WE WAVED FEE FOR LATE AND PENALTY FEES AND IN DECEMBER, WE WAVED RECONNECT FEE FOR ANY CUSTOMER THAT WERE CUT FOR NONPAYMENT AND RECONNECTED.

FROM MARCH THROUGH DECEMBER 31ST.

WE HAVE PROVIDED COVID RELIEF OF OVER 657,641 FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

AND WE'RE ALSO PROVIDED A COVID RELIEF PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY WITH UTILITY PAYMENT ACCOUNT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

WE ORIGINALLY HAD 100,000. WE INCREASED TO 200,000.

AND BETWEEN FPLE COVID HARDSHIP AFFIDAVIT FORM WE HELPED OVER 602 OF OUR CUSTOMERS, AND WE'VE PAID OUT 180,560 SO I KNOW WE TALK A LOT ABOUT THE COVID RELIEF PROGRAM BUT EWE'VE PROVIDED OVER 842,891 OF COVID RELIEF FOR CUSTOMERS.

I THINK THAT'S REALLY A BIG NUMBER BIG RELIEF TO CUSTOMERS, REALLY IMPORTANT TO US TO EMPHASIZE.

WE HOVER AROUND 72% RATE FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN SO OUR CUSTOMERS MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN.

AND AT THE LAST BOARD MEETING WE WERE 1.41 AND SOME CHANGE MILLION. WE'RE DOWN BELOW -- WE'RE DOWN BELOW THAT 1.32 MILLION RANGE. TO DATE WE'VE HAD 194 OF OUR CUSTOMERS MAKE GOOD FAITH PAYMENT.

BOTH PRESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS.

AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO DO A THREE-DAY SCHEDULE THIS WEEK FOR DISCONNECTS. THIS WILL BE THE LAST WEEK THAT WE'LL BE DOING THREE-DAY SCHEDULE THAT WE DISCUSSED SEVERAL TILE. AND IF YOU COMPARE TO YEAR AGO WE WERE AT 153 CUTS.

RECONNECTS WE WERE ABLE TO RECONNECT 34 OF THOSE ACCOUNTS BECAUSE THEY'VE MADE PAYMENT AND WE'VE WRITTEN OFF 12.

I REALIZE THAT 40 TIMES 34 IS DIFFERENCE SOME ACCOUNTS FROM THE PREVIOUS WEEK FROM THE PREVIOUS SCHEDULING WEEK OF SCHEDULED CUTS. FROM EITHER THE FIRST OR THE TENTH OF DECEMBER. THAT'S WHY SOME OF THE NUMBERS DON'T ADD UP. WE HAD ABOUT 8800 OF WRITE OFF.

TO FINISH OFF THAT COLUMN. THERE'S 645 PEOPLE WHO WERE -- WHO WERE ELIGIBLE FOR CUT WHOSE RECEIVED SOME TYPE OF NOTICE AND THEY PAID THEIR BILL PRIOR TO BEING -- PRIOR TO BEING CUT. I THINK THAT'S REALLY THE -- THAT REALLY HIGHLIGHTS THAT INFORMATION FOR THAT WEEK.

AND WE RECONNECTED ALL 32 CUSTOMER AND IDEALLY BECAUSE WE RECONNECTED CUSTOMER THAT WERE DISCONNECTED. WE WRITE OFF NUMBERS WOULD BE NONE OR ANY KIND OF CARRY OVER FROM THE PREVIOUS WEEK.

AGAIN WE HAD 566 CUSTOMER ELIGIBLE FOR CUTS WHO RECEIVED A NOTICE THEY WERE PAST DUE AND ELIGIBLE AND THEY MADE A PAYMENT ON THEIR ACCOUNT. THAT NUMBER A MOVING TARGET.

I THINK THE REALLY IMPORTANT HERE TO EMPHASIZE IT'S THE FOCUS ON A NUMBER OF ACTUAL CUTS. AS YOU CAN SEE.

THOSE NUMBERS HAVE GONE DOWN EVERY WEEK AS WE MADE EFFORT TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMERS TO HELP THEM AVOID INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE. I WILL GO BACK TO THE SECOND FLYERED FOR A SECOND HERE. I WANT TO PROVIDE A LITTLE BIT OF CLARITY IN CASE I MISSED IT HERE.

THE ACTUAL CREATION OF THE DOCUMENTS, AND THEN THE SELL AND CLOSING AND POST CLOSING REQUIREMENTS. FINANCE TEAM THAT'S INVOLVED, OF COURSE, IS THE ISSUER STAFF. BEGINNING THE UPDATE I WOULD LIKE TO QUICKLY DISCUSS THE REASON FOR THE PROJECT. NATURAL GAS FACILITY EXISTING TWO STEEL NATURAL GAS MAIN WAS DETERMINED TO BE CONFLICT WITH THE EXISTING SANITARY LINE. THIS WOULD IMPACT THE REMOVAL OF SANITARY LINE AND INTEGRITY OF THE GAS MAIN.

TO RECTIFY THE CONFLICT PLACEMENT OF NEW 2 INCH GAS MAIN WAS INSTALLED. FOR ELECTRIC FACILITY EXISTING POLINGS AND OVERHEAD LINE WERE IN CONFLICT WITH THE CITY OF ROADWAY DESIGN PLAN. THESE LINE WERE ALSO NEEDING REPLACEMENT DUE TO AGE. TO RESOLVE THE CONFLICT FPLA AGREED THE VIABLE SOLUTION TO CONVERT TO UNDERGROUND.

WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY HAS CONFLICT WITH THE GAS MAIN AND WISHED TO USE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPLACE THE INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE AREA. NATURAL GAS CONSTRUCTION STARTED IN MID-JUNE 2020 AND WAS COMPLETED IN LATE SEPTEMBER 2020. THE PROJECT CONSISTED OF FIVE PHASES. PHASE ONE INSTALL TWO INCH GAS LINE FROM ORANGE AVENUE TO OF B. PHASE 2, INSTALLATION FROM AVENUE B TO AVENUE C. PHASE 3 WAS FROM AVENUE C TO CANAL TERRACE. PHASE 4 WAS CANAL TERRACE TO D.

AND PHASE FIVE WAS THE PED GAS LINE ACROSS AVENUE E.

THE OLD TWO-INCH STEEL GAS MAINLY MOVED BY THE CITY CONTRACTOR. ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION STARTED IN MID SEPTEMBER 2020. IT'S PROJECTED TO BE COMPLETE AROUND MAY OR JUNE OF 2021. THE CITY CONTRACTOR INSTALLED 15-INCH. FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF PROJECT ELECTRIC CONDUIT WORK CANAL TERRACE AND D IS ABOUT 85% COMPLETE. ALL FOUR TRANSFORMER PADS AND TRANSFORMER WERE SET WITHIN THE SECTION IN THE DIRECTION NORTH OF AVENUE D WAS COMPLETED. REMAINING WORK IS THE PLACEMENT OF SECONDARY CONDUIT ON THE EAST SITE OF 17TH AND CABLE HANDLE AND DECORATIVE STREET LIGHT LEFT TO BE INSTALLED.

FOR THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROJECT BETWEEN ORANGE AND AVENUE C IS 80% COMPLETE. 6 OF THE 7 TRANSFORMER HAVE BEEN SET. THE REMAINING CONDUIT ARE ON AVENUE C AND EACH 17TH STREET. TWO-INCH CONDUIT INSTALLATION ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF WEST 17TH.

THEY'VE COMPLETED 70% OF THE CONDUIT WORK FOR THE NEW DECORATIVE STREET LIGHTS. THE POLES WILL BE REMOVED WHEN THE DECORATIVE LIGHTS ARE INSTALLED AND ENERGIZED.

THE COMMUNICATION FACILITY FROM THOSE POLES.

WE'RE LOOKING TO ADD NEW UNDERGROUND SYSTEM IN PLACE BY LATE JANUARY AND EARLY FEBRUARY OF 2021 FOR THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROJECT. WE CAN BEGIN THE ACTUAL SERVICE

BUT IT TURNS OUT THAT A SUBSTANTIAL PORTION OF THE FILLED PART OF THE LAND IS OWNED BY THE FT. PIERCE UTILITY AUTHORITY. DEED IN 1975.

NOT ONLY ARE WE A PLAYER IN THE RELOCATION, WE SHOULD BE A THAT PROPERTY, ONCE THE PLANT IS RELOCATED.

AND THAT PROPERTY IS SHOULD BE AN EXTREMELY VALUABLE PIECE OF PROPERTY. AGAIN, I DID NOT KNOW OR REALIZE -- NEVER REALLY LOOKED IT UP THAT WE ARE -- WE ACTUALLY OWN PROPERTY TWO-THIRDS OF THE FILL PROPERTY.
