THE BUILDING CODE 105.1 PERMIT REQUIRED AND THE CORRECTIVE ACTION IS TO OBTAIN PERMITS FOR UNIT C FOR RENOVATIONS AND FOR UNIT D. UNIT C THAT COMPRISED OF SOME FRAMING DRY WALL. AND FOR UNIT D. THAT'S FOR FRAMING, DRY WALL, ELECTRICAL AND A NEW INTERIOR DOOR.

JUST BECAUSE, OUR CONTRACTOR DID NOT DO WHAT HE TOLD ME HE DID. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THIS DONE IN DECEMBER. HE CLAIMS HE DID.

WELL, HE WAS PAID. BUT I STAYED WITH HIM ON IT.

I DIDN'T, I STAYED. I WAS IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH HIM AND HE KEPT SAYING THE SAME THING.

I'VE DONE THE APPLICATION AND WE'RE JUST WAITING.

NOW APPARENTLY HE DOES HAVE IT IN THE PROCESS BECAUSE I MADE HIM GIVE ME THE RECEIPT BECAUSE I'D ALREADY PAID HIM.

I MADE HIM GIVE ME THE RECEIPT FOR THE APPLICATION AND I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE IT IN A FEW DAYS. AND WE DID STOP WORK.

I WAS TRYING TO GET TIME TO PULL UP A PERMIT, SO I DON'T CONTINUE TO GET VIOLATIONS.
