THAT DEBRIS WAS FROM THREE CIRCUITS IN THAT BUILDING. I GUESS THERE WAS A GRAZER IN THERE. HE HAD SOME HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND OVERSIZED PLUGS ON THE WALL. THEY WEREN'T RAN CORRECTLY.

IT WAS THE WRONG WIRE AND A COUPLE ARE DOUBLE CIRCUITED.

SO I GOT RID OF ALL THAT STUFF BECAUSE AGAIN THAT'S A HAZARD.

ON JANUARY 3RD, 2020, AFTER NO PERMITS HAVE BEEN ISSUED, THE PROPERTY WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE, THE FINES BEGAN.

ON FEBRUARY 18TH, 2020, SPECIAL MAGISTRATE, YOU STOPPED THE FINES TO ALLOW THE PROPERTY OWNER ADDITIONAL TIME TO COMPLY TO THE VIOLATION BY HIRING ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO TAKE OVER THIS PROPERTY. THE FINES TOTAL $4,630 INCLUDING $30 IN RECORDING FEES. THE PROPERTY IS NOW IN COMPLIANCE. THE PERMIT WAS ISSUED, HAD A FINAL INSPECTION, AND THIS MATTER CAME INTO COMPLIANCE DECEMBER 23RD, 2020. THIS IS BEFORE YOU TODAY FOR A REQUEST FOR A REDUCTION IN THE FINES.

THE REQUEST IS TO REDUCE THE FINES FROM $4,630 TO $440.
