IT WAS DECLARED SURPLUS BACK IN '16 AND IT WAS APPRAISED LATER IN NOVEMBER OF 2020 AFTER WE RECEIVED THE UNLET ME ASK YOU THIS SILTED PROPOSAL FOR 17,500. WE SUBSEQUENTLY ISSUED THE BID2021-017 IN JANUARY OF 2021.

WE RECEIVED THREE RESPONDENTS. THEY WERE EVALUATED BY THE CRA ADVISORY COMMITTEE. THEY WERE EVALUATED ON THE PROPOSED UTILIZATION OF THE PROPERTY THAT WAS 40 POINTS.

PROJECTED TIME LINE WHICH IS 30 POINTS AND THE OVERALL ECONOMIC IMPACT WHICH IS ALSO 30 POINTS.

WE HAD 7 MEMBERS PRESENT DURING THIS MEETING.

THE MAXIMUM POINTS POSSIBLE WAS #00.

FIVE-STAR CAR REPAIR PUT IN BID FOR 12,000 AND RANKED THE HIGHEST AT 660 POINTS. KIB CONSTRUCTION AT 9200 FOR 420 POINT AND SECOND GENERALATION BUILDING CORP PUT IN BID FOR 15,000 AND RANKED LOWEST AT 351.

JUST QUICK NOTE ABOUT THE OTHER TWO PROPOSALS.

KIB CONSTRUCTION WAS LOOKING TO PUT AN OFFICE AND SOME STORAGE THERE ON THE SITE. YOU ALL KNOW IT'S A VERY SMALL SITE. IT'S LIKE POINLT -- 0.11 ACRE.

THEY WERE GOING TO DO OFFICE AND STORAGE.

SECOND GENERATION DIDN'T LIST WHAT THEY WOULD BE DOING WITH THE PROJECT. THAT PLAYED INTO THEIR LOW RANKING. SO SPEAKING ABOUT FIVE-STAR CAR REPAIR. I INCLUDED THEIR ENTIRE SOLICITATION BUT WANTED TO BRIEFLY GO OVER WHAT THEY PROPOSE. THEY ARE GOING TO DOUGH HE'SIVE APPROACH. THEY OWN THAT PROPERTY ON U.S.
