AND THE VIOLATIONS ARE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 105.1 PERMIT REQUIRED. THE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS IS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR THE SITE DRAINAGE AND PAVEMENT DONE.

IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO SECURE THE ENGINEER BECAUSE THEY'RE SO BUSY. WE SECURED THE EMERGENCY AND WENT IN FOR PERMIT ON MARCH 31ST.

THE WINDOWS WERE BROKEN AND THE DOOR KICKED IN.

THAT'S WHY THE WOOD ON THE DOORS AND WINDOWS WAS PUT UP BECAUSE IT WAS CONSTANTLY GETTING BROKEN IN.

A LOT, WHEN THE PLACE WAS PURCHASED, IT HAD A LOT OF STUFF THAT WAS, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU HAVE PICTURES BEFORE BUT A LOT WAS ALREADY LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ACTUALLY TRIED TO DO A LITTLE STUFF BEFORE IT WAS EVEN PURCHASED.

THERE ARE NUMEROUS ISSUES THAT ARE NOT PART OF THIS CASE THAT I'M NOT GOING TO GET INTO.

HOWEVER PLANNING DEPARTMENT HAS INDICATED THEY CANNOT APPROVE ANY TYPE OF TEMPORARY USE AGREEMENT, SITE WORK PERMIT ET CETERA FOR THIS OPERATION WITH THE ON GOING ISSUES ON THE PROPERTY AS A WHOLE. SO THE REASON FOR THE 180 DAY COMPLIANCE DEADLINE IS TO ALLOW ESSENTIALLY 90 DAYS FOR THEM TO SPLIT THE PROPERTIES AND THEN ALLOW ANOTHER 90 DAYS FOR THEM TO APPLY FOR AND OBTAIN ANY NECESSARY PERMITTING.

I BELIEVE 180 DAYS WOULD BE SUFFICIENT TIME FOR THATDON.
