THE SINK WAS PROPERLY INSTALLED. I CAULKED AND SEALED EVERY CRACK AND HOLE AROUND THE BUILDING AT THAT POINT.

I KNOW THERE'S ROTS HOLES IN THE FASCIA AND I'M AWARE OF THAT.

EVERY HOLE I SAW, I HAD PATCHED. ANY CREDIT CARDED OR MISSING TILE, I HAD CAULKED. THE ROOF HAS BEEN ENTIRELY CODED. I REPAIRED THE CEILING DAMAGE.

I SAW ONE CRACK AND I BELIEVE I CAULKED IT IN THE KITCHEN AND I'M NOT AWARE OF ANY OTHERS SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE.

WE REPLACED SEVERAL PIECES OF ROTTED WOOD AND THE PERIMETER WAS CAULKED EXCEPT FOR A LARGE TREE THAT'S GROWING UP THROUGH THE HOUSE THAT'S BEING REMOVED. IT'S ENTANGLES WITH BRANCHES GOING INTO THE ROOF BUT UNTIL THE TREE IS REMOVED WE CAN'T DO

IT LOOKS LIKE THE ROOTS ARE STARTING TO GROW INTO THE SEPTIC LINE, SO IT'S GOING TO BE QUITE A JOB AND I WILL ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT HE DID FIND ANOTHER CRACK IN THE EXTERIOR WALL THAT HE DID NOT SEE.

SOME OF THE STUFF ON THE LIST WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED BY THE TENANTS ABOUT ANYTHING UNTIL WE GOT THE LETTER FROM YOU GUYS.

THAT WAS THE FIRST WE HEARD AND THEN THE TENANTS HAVE BEEN EVICTED FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT AND THERE'S NEW TENANTS BUT WE HAVE MADE AN EFFORT TO GET A LOT OF THIS DONE.
