THE PROBLEM IS IT WAS HEAVY AND DIFFICULT THIS YEAR WITH EVICTIONS, PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE AND AFTER EVERY EVICTIONS COMES A CODE ENFORCEMENT CASE. IT IS A WAY OF THE LIFE.

HOWEVER THERE I AM WITH THE CODE ENFORCEMENT CASES AND AT EXACTLY THE SAME TIME A REALTOR COMES UP TO ME AND I'M 78.

I'D LIKE TO RETIRE, SO A REALTOR COMES UP TO ME AND SAYS I WANT TO BUY FIVE OF YOUR HOUSES. OKAY.

HE GAVE ME A RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICE BUT I ACCEPTED.
