LET'S 30 DOLLARS LAST YEAR FOR AVERAGE CONSUME HUNDRED.

THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE RESIDED AT THE ADDRESS. THEY SIGN UP FOR MINIMUM OF 12 FULL MONTHS. WE USE ACTUAL CONSUMPTION WHEN FIGURING OUT THE BUDGET AMOUNT.

THAT WILL FINALIZE THE REVIEW OF ALL OF OUR UTILITY SYSTEMS. WE'RE EXPECTING THE ENGINEERING CERTIFICATE TO BE COMPLETED IN LATE FEBRUARY, EARLY MARCH. AND THAT'S THE NEXT CRITICAL STEP BEFORE WE GO TO BOND REFINANCING.

WE DON'T EXPECT ANY ISSUES WITH THAT AT ALL.

THE GAS FUTURES AND DROPPED. AND AS OF YESTERDAY AROUND 3.65 AS YOU MAY RECALL THEY WERE APPROACHING THE $6 MARK. THAT'S ABOUT A 30% DECREASE FROM A MONTH AGO. FUTURE FOR 2022 CALENDAR YEAR SHOW PRICES IN THE $3.50 CENT PER DECOTHERM.

THEY BELIEVE ONE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR FOR THE PRICE DROP RELATED TO NEAR TERM FUTURE WEATHER FORECAST TO BE MORE MILD THAN EXPECTED WHICH LESSONS THE DEMAND FOR GAS. AND AS YOU MAY RECALL.

MR. TOMPECK DISCUSSED SUPPLY SHORTAGE.

AND OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS THANKFULLY THE SUPPLY HAS INCREASED BY 3 BILLION CUBIC FEET MORE PER DAY.

THAT'S GOOD NEWS. AND EVEN THOUGH IT'S GOOD NEWS THE GAS FUTURE MARKET IS STILL VOLATILE.

WE'LL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE SITUATION.
