WE OBVIOUSLY HAVE A NEW OWNER, NOT THE VIOLATOR IN FRONT OF US TODAY AND WE HAVE A HISTORY OF SECOND GENERATION OF HELPING US BRING SOME OF THE PROPERTIES BACK INTO TAX ROLES AND INTO ACTIVE STATUS. SECOND GENERATION OR MR. BASSO THAT THE FULL AMOUNT BE WAIVED, BUT STAFF HAS COME -- COMPILED THE ADMINISTRATION CHARGES WHICH WE CAN REVIEW QUICKLY.
