THEN I THINK A COUPLE OF WEEKS PASSED AT LEAST BECAUSE I TOOK CARE OF MY MOM FOR A WEEK AT A TIME AND THEN I HAVE A WEEK OFF TO PLAY WITH THE HOUSE SO TO SPEAK. I SEE THESE NOTICES ON THE HOUSE AND I WAS LIKE, WOW, OKAY. I DIDN'T EXPECT THAT BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS DOING EVERYTHING CORRECTLY.

GETTING THE PERMIT IN ORDER. BUT APPARENTLY I GUESS I WASN'T FAST ENOUGH DOING IT AND ALL I WAS DOING IS BASICALLY ORIGINALLY TRYING TO JUST STOP THE LEAKS FROM COMING THE HOUSE BECAUSE I'VE TRIED TARPS IN THE PAST AND THEY DON'T LAST LONG.

I JUST WANTED TO STOP THE MAJOR LEAKS FROM COMING IN.

BECAUSE I WASTED SO MUCH MONEY ON TARPS PREVIOUSLY THAT IT WAS JUST SEEMING LIKE A WASTE OF TIME, SO I FIGURED TARP PAPER

MAYBE THEY'LL TAKE OFF THE STOP WORK ORDER AND THEN JUST HIT ME

BUT SINCE I RECEIVED THAT NOTE I WENT TO THE CITY AND SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY THERE AND I WANTED TO PULL THE PERMIT MYSELF TO GET EVERYTHING DONE BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THE POST THAT I WAS TO REPLACE. WHEN THEY SPOKE TO MR. LOGAN WINN HE SAID I NEEDED AN ENGINEER TO SIGN OFF TO SAY THAT THE POST IS CORRECT IN ORDER FOR ME TO, MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS FINDING AN ENGINEER. I WANTED TO PULL THEM MYSELF SO HE COULD GET IT OVER WITH BUT I HAVE SINCE STRUGGLED TO FIND AN ENG ENGINEER.

I REALLY NEED THIS. THIS IS HOLDING UP OUR CLOSING AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET TO IT AND TALK TO HER SUPERVISOR AND I'M LIKE WHAT DO I TELL THE CLOSING ATTORNEY SO SHE CALLS ME THIS MORNING AT 8:00 AND SAID NOW THE CLOSING IS GONE AND NOW SHE'S CLOSED ALL THE PERMITS EXCEPT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WE HIREED WITH SIMMONS PLUMBING DID NOT CLOSE ON THEIR PERMIT SO WE
