SINCE THE START OF THE FARMER'S MARKET I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THE AREA 36 YEARS. ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAY DURING HOLIDAYS. I DROVE ALL AROUND TRYING TO FIND A PARKING SPACE. WHEN I COME TO WORK I HAVE A BIG BACKPACK I HAVE BECAUSE I DON'T GO OUT TO EAT FOR LUNCH.

I UNDERSTAND THERE WAS A PARKING GARAGE BUT IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO WALK FROM ALL THE WAY. IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT ON THE WEEKENDS TO FIND A PARKING SPACE.

YEARS AGO I DID PARK ON THE GRASS A FEW TIMES.

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED RUN OUT AS SOON AS THE PARKING SPACE, WE HAVE 15 MINUTES TO TRY TO FIND A PARKING SPACE.

THIS PARTICULAR MORNING IT WAS REALLY, REALLY DIFFICULT, I TOOK A CHANCE PARKING ON THE GRASS BEHIND THE LIBRARY.

I DID PUT A NOTE ON MY WINDOW TO COME SEE ME, I AM TRYING TO FIND A PARKING SPACE. I ENDED UP WHEN I WENT OUT TO PUT THE NOTE ON THE CAR, I ENDED UP, THOUGHT I SEEN A PARKING SPACE. ENDED UP BACKING UP, DAMAGED MY CAR THAT MORNING. IT WASN'T IN A PARKING SPACE.

HAD TO PARK BACK ON THE GRASS. SINCE YEAR 2000, WHEN THEY STARTED FARMER'S MARKET IN THE AREA, WE LOST OUR PARKING SPACE.

WE USED TO HAVE ONE WHEN THAT LIBRARY WAS FIRST BUILT 1999.

FOR SOME REASON WE LOST OUR PARKING SPOT.

MONDAY-FRIDAY PEOPLE DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM.

WE HAVE A PROBLEM EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY.

THIS IS MY FIRST OFFENSE. AND THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY.

I JUST WISHED I HAD A PARKING SPACE ON SATURDAYS.

I WISH IT WAS EASIER. IT IS GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE A

THEY START CLEANING UP, PEOPLE LEAVE AND EMPLOYEES, WE RUN OUTSIDE AND GET OUR CARS AND TRY TO PARK IT.

WE BRING IT BACK UP TO THE BUILDING.

IF WE DON'T SATURDAY AFTER WORK, IT WAS RAINING.

I HAD TO GO GET MY CAR I WOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT IN THE RAIN.

IT IS REALLY, REALLY DIFFICULT. THIS IS MY FIRST OFFENSE.

AGAIN NO PARKING ON THE GRASS. OTHER OUTSIDERS, PEOPLE PARKED ON THE GRASS, I THINK IT SHOULD BE A SIGN THERE.

THIS TICKET IS HALF OF MY PAY WORKING.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT UP A NO PARKING SIGN.

A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE STILL PARKING THERE.

IT HAPPENED LAST SATURDAY, EVERY SATURDAY AT THE FARMER'S MARKET.
