RESPECTFULLY, STAFFORD REQUEST WE GO AHEAD AND FIND AN ORDER DETERMINING VIOLATION. WE CAN CERTAINLY PROVIDE IN 60 DAYS TO OBTAIN THE PERMITS BEFORE ANY FINES WOULD START.

SHORTLY AFTER THE FINES BEGAN, IT CAME BEFORE YOU FOR A MASSEY HEARING IN THE FINES WERE STOPPED TEMPORARILY TO ALLOW FOR THE CASE TO COMPLY. AS OF NOVEMBER 10, 2021, WHICH IS WHEN THE FINES WERE STOPPED, THE FINES ACCUMULATED TO A TOTAL OF $7040. $40 BEING RECORDING FEES.

THE CASE HAS NOW COMPLIED. THERE ARE THREE CRITERIA IN CONSIDERING THE REDUCTION OF THE FINES.

ONE, THE GRAVITY OR SERIOUSNESS OF THE VIOLATION IS MINIMAL.
