FORTUNATELY SELF STORAGE FACILITIES OVER THE YEARS, THE COMPLEXION HAS CHANGED AND AESTHETICS APPEARED TO BE VERY IMPORTANT TO THE OWNERS. I AM VERY HAPPY TO SEE THAT.

BUT WHEN YOU GO INTO MARKET STUDIES IN FORT PIERCE, WAS IT BECAUSE OF THE NEW DEVELOPMENT THAT IS COMING IN?

IT IS SMALLER SIZES? >> IS A COMBINATION.

AS YOU MENTIONED PLANNING THE DEVELOPMENT I KNOW LENNAR IS COMMITTED TO BUILDING NEW HOMES AND NEW HOMES BRINGS THE NEED FOR STORAGE BECAUSE THE DEVELOPMENTS, MAYBE THEY CANNOT HAVE SOMETHING IN THEIR YARD OR THEIR BACKYARD WERE THIS PROVIDES THAT.

THIS IS A CLASS A FACILITY. IT IS GOING TO HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, LIGHTING, ELEVATORS, EVERYTHING, MAKING IT REALLY EASY TO COME IN AND OUT OF.
