ASSOCIATES. >> MADAM CHAIR AND MEMBERS OF THE FPRA BARBIE HAVE THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ASK AS THE TREASURER OF THE FPRA FUND. SHE IS GOING TO GIVE US AN OVERVIEW OF THE EXISTING FINANCIAL STATUS.

TO INCLUDE OUR OPERATIONAL FUNDS AS WELL AS OUR RETAINED FUNDS. IN THE FPRA.

I WILL TURN IT OVER TO HER AT THIS TIME.

I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU ALL AN OVERVIEW OF WHERE WE ARE FINANCIALLY. WITH THE FPRA.

I WILL START WITH OUR FISCAL YEAR.

FOR THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR. YOU WILL SEE OUR BEGINNING FUND BALANCE. WHERE WE STARTED.

THE AUDITORS JUST PRESENTED THESE.

YOU JUST APPROVED THESE IN THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT.

WE STARTED THE FISCAL YEAR OFF WITH A 1.5 MILLION IN OUR RESERVED FUND BALANCE FOR FPRA. THE REVENUE WAS 7.5 MILLION.

AND THE EXPENDITURES WERE 7.3. SO, THE CURRENT AVAILABLE RESOURCES THAT WE BEGAN THIS FISCAL YEAR WAS WITH 1.6 MILLION DOLLARS. YOU WILL SEE THE EXPENDITURES THAT WERE EXPENSED. THAT ARE OPERATING MOST OF FPRA. DEBT SERVICE, FIVE POINT -- WE SPENT 5.9 MILLION IN TRANSFERS. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL TRANSFER. MADE IT TO SUNRISE THEATER.

THAT IS IN THERE AS WELL. THOSE WERE THE EXPENDITURES THAT WERE EXPENDED FROM THE FUND.

SO, WE BEGIN THIS FISCAL YEAR WITH 1.6 MILLION DOLLARS.

THE QUESTION ALWAYS COMES UP AS TO HOW MUCH IS OWED TO GENERAL.

AT THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR. $7.5 MILLION.

AND THAT IS BECAUSE WE ARE TRANSFERRING DURING THE PAYBACK. TO THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET OF $500,000 TO PAY DOWN NOT DEBT. ANY QUESTIONS ON LAST FISCAL YEAR? BEFORE WE MOVE FORWARD?

CURRENTLY, THERE IS AVAILABLE RESOURCES OF 9 MILLION, 362,000. -- $552.

WE STILL HAVE ABOUT 32,000 AND UNREALIZED REVENUE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE. THESE ARE THE EXPENDITURE PAYMENTS. THAT ARE BUDGETED TO A B EXPENSED THUS FAR. SO, BARRING ANY OTHER EXPENSES THE FUND BALANCE WILL BE ABOUT $2.1 MILLION.

HOWEVER, THAT WILL BE DECREASED.

LATER TODAY, HUNDRED AND $71 SITTING IN THAT FUND IF YOU APPROVE THAT, WILL BE UTILIZED. THAT WILL BE TAKEN FROM THAT FUND BALANCE ACCOUNT. THERE ARE OTHER UNFORESEEN THINGS THAT COME UP AS WELL. AND, WITH THIS YEAR'S BUDGET TRANSFER, THE AMOUNT OWED TO GENERAL IS $7 MILLION.

THAT GROUND PENETRATING RADAR FOUND ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES BENEATH THE EXCAVATION DEPTH. -- THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY DONE TO ACCOMPLISH AND ACQUIRE THE SITE COMPLETION REMEDIATION OR REHABILITATION ORDER FROM FDEP. A LITTLE BIT DEEPER THAN THAT THERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES.

THOSE INSTRUCTORS WERE FOUND WITHIN THE AREA THAT THE PILINGS FOR THE FOUNDATION AND FOR THE BUILDINGS WOULD BE SITUATED. IN ORDER TO REMOVE THOSE WE RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE AT THAT TIME.

TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE ADDITIONAL REMOVAL OF THE DEGREE BUT THE ACQUISITION OF THE SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR THE WORK THAT IS GOING TO TAKE PLACE ON THE SITE. WE WILL DISPERSE IT WITH THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF 50 PERCENT AT THE PERMIT ACQUISITION.

AND 50 PERCENT UPON COMPLETION. I HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE THAT THEY ARE READY TO GO AS SOON THE PERMIT IS DISPERSED BY THE
