CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS TO PRESSURE WASH AND PAINT A HOME WHERE THE MOLDING OR DETERIORATION OCCURRED AND REPAIR ALL BROKEN WINDOWS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THE CITY REQUESTS IF THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FINDS A VIOLATION EXHIBITS THERE ARE 15 DAYS TO FIX CONDITIONS OR A FINE BE ASSESSED.
