I PROPOSE THE BUDGET FOR THE FORT PIERCE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AS $9 MILLION WITH THE ANNUAL TAX REVENUE TOTALLING $9,681,680. IT'S PREPARED TO ENSURE OUR REDEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES AS ESTABLISHED BY THE FPIA BOARD WILL BE ACHIEVED. TO EFFECTIVELY MANAGE AN ADDITIONAL REDEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WILL BE FUNDED BY THE FPRA. WHAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO SEE NOW IS OUR FPRA PROJECT-BASED BUDGET. THIS WILL BE PRESENTED TO YOU BY OUR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

>> MADAME CHAIR, AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD, WE HAVE A LOT TO COVER, A LOT OF EXCITING PROJECTS THAT WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO ACHIEVING IN THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR.

AND I WANT TO JUST BRIEFLY MENTION THAT EVERYTHING WE'RE GOING TO LOOK AT TONIGHT IS ALL IDENTIFIED IN THE FPRA PLAN.

SO EVERYTHING THAT WE DO AS A CRA HAS TO BE IN THE PLAN AND IN THE PLAN AND IN THE BUDGET BY STATE STATUTES.

SO AS PART OF OUR NEW REDEVELOPMENT PLAN THAT WAS JUST UPDATED IN 2020, THIS ACTUALLY WHAT WE'RE HERE DOING TONIGHT WAS IN THERE AS A GOAL. THAT WAS CREATE A COST EFFECTIVE ANNUAL BUDGET AND WORK PROGRAM OF ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES THAT WE'RE GOING TO DO TO ACHIEVE ALL OF OUR GOALS AND OUR PLAN.

SO THIS IS THE LIST OF EVERYTHING THAT WE'RE GOING TO COVER RIGHT NOW. AS MR. MIMS MENTIONED THIS IS ALL PART OF OUR OPERATING BUDGET THAT WE ARE GOING TO ACCOUNT FOR. AND WE HAVE THE ACCOUNT CODES HERE FOR EACH PROSPECTIVE PROJECT.

WE'LL GO AHEAD AND START WITH FREEBIE.

THIS WAS PRESENTED TO YOU ALL I WANT TO SAY TWO YEARS AGO.

THIS IS A DOOR TO DOOR LAST MILE TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIC CAR SYSTEM AS PART OF OUR INITIATIVE TO CONNECT OUR NEIGHBORHOODS WITH ALL OF OUR AMENITIES AND OUR DESTINATIONS.

SO HOW DO WE CONNECT THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE WITH THE DOWNTOWN WITH THE WATERFRONT AND VICE VERSA.

SO THIS WAS PRESENTED TO YOU TO YOU AND WE WERE TRYING TO FIND A FUNDING SOURCE THROUGH LUCIE COUNTY AND STATE GRANTS.

THE GOALS FROM THE PLAN ARE LISTED RIGHT HERE AND WE'VE ACTUALLY, IT'S BEEN A BENEFIT THAT WE'VE WAITED BECAUSE THEY HAVE INVOLVED AND ARE NOW LOOKING AT INSTEAD OF THOSE OPEN-AIR GOLF CART TYPE TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES, THEY'RE NOW USING THREE ROW TESLAS. SO THIS WOULD BE AN INVESTMENT FROM THE FPRA THAT WOULD BE AN ANNUAL INVESTMENT FOR THIS PILOT PROGRAM FOR ONE YEAR. AND IN EXCHANGE FOR THAT, ANY PERSON WITHIN THESE BOUNDARIES, VISITORS, RESIDENTS, WHOEVER IT MAY BE CAN TRAVEL IN ONE OF THESE VEHICLES FROM POINT A TO POINT B WITHIN THIS BOUNDARY. SO IT'S BASICALLY A FREE UBER.

IT'S A FREE VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM.

IF YOU RECALL FROM OUR PREVIOUS PRESENTATION, MAYBE NOT BECAUSE IT'S BEEN AWHILE, IT WAS GOING TO BE THE OPEN AIR GOLF CARTS IN THE DOWNTOWN. AND IT WAS GOING TO TAKE YOU TO THE BRIDGE, YOU WERE GOING TO GET OUT OF THAT GOLF CART AND

GET IN A VAN AND GO OVER THE BRIDGE AND IT REALLY DIDN'T MAKE A WHOLE LOT OF SENSE. BUT WE'RE ALWAYS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW WE CAN CONNECT THE DOWNTOWN LINCOLN PARK AND THE PAD TO THE BEACH. SO THIS WAY WE CAN JUST HAVE THESE FOUR VEHICLES CONSTANTLY RUNNING.

THE $400,000 WOULD INCLUDE ABOUT 40 HOURS OF OPERATION.

SO MAYBE IT'S JUST THE WEEKENDS, MAYBE IT'S JUST THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY. WE CAN FLESH OUT THOSE DETAILS AS WE MOVE FORWARD. BUT ULTIMATELY THIS IS THE PLAN FOR CONNECTING SOME OF OUR NEIGHBORHOODS ALLEVIATING SOME OF THE PARKING CONSTRAINTS AND SO FORTH.

OUR ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUNRISE THEATER AS YOU ALL KNOW IS IDENTIFIED AS GOAL NUMBER 11 THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE WELL KNOWN FOR OUR ARTS AND CULTURE ACTIVITIES AND THAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ANY OTHER ENTERTAINMENT VENUES.

SO THAT'S IN TOTAL OF $450,000. WE HAVE GOAL 14 THAT TALKS ABOUT SUPPORTING LAW ENFORCEMENT THROUGHOUT THE CRA THAT SERVES THE RESIDENTS OF THE CRA. IT ALSO TALKS ABOUT SAFETY AND PERCEPTION OF THE CRA. THE FIRST IS THE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS, WE FUNDED THEM LAST YEAR AT CA MOORE ELEMENTARY AND DAN MCCARTY. THAT'S $300,000, SIMILAR TO WHAT WE OFFERED LAST YEAR. WE'RE ALSO LOOKING AT A DOWNTOWN DETAIL. THIS WOULD BE A DEDICATED OFFICER FOR THE DOWNTOWN FOR THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY EVENINGS. WE'RE LOOKING AT 6:00 P.M. TO 2:00 A.M. IF THEY GET CALLS OUT OF THE AREA, THEN THEY'RE OUT OF THE AREA. SO CAN WE IMPROVE SAFETY IN OUR DOWNTOWN CORE BY OFFERING THIS PROTECTION ON THE WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS, THAT CONTRIBUTION WOULD BE ABOUT $75,000.

THAT HAS SINCE BEEN TERMINATED. WE ARE LOOKING AT REDEVELOPING THIS CORE. IT'S IMPORTANT TO THE PEACOCK ARTS DISTRICT AT 10TH AND ORANGE.

IT'S CALLED OUT NUMEROUS TIMES IN OUR FPRA PLAN, IT MUST BE PRESERVED AND PROTECTED. WE'RE LOOKING AT POTENTIALLY DOING SOME EXTERIOR RESTORATION. YOU CAN SEE SOME COLUMNS ON THE FACADE SO HOW CAN WE APPEAL THAT ON THE STREET.

AND IN ADDITION DOING SOME ADA ACCESSIBILITY.

SO THERE'S CURRENTLY NO ELEVATOR IN THE OLD ST. ANASTASIA SCHOOL.

THIS RENDERING WAS DONE BY RON BERGMAN AT LINDSEY SCHOOL OF THE ARTS. YOU WOULD HAVE THE ELEVATOR SHAFT AND SOME RESTROOMS. THE IDEA IS IF WE IMPROVE OUR PUBLICLY OWNED FACILITIES, THAT MAY ATTRACT A BETTER TENANT.

$500,000 IS THE AMOUNT WE WOULD LIKE TO BUDGET FOR OUR FISCAL YEAR FOR IMPROVING THIS FACILITY FOR PRIVATE TENANT FOR THE FUTURE. THAT'S MORE RECENT PICTURES.

IT'S BEEN CLEANED UP A LOT. THEY DID CLEAN OUT A LOT OF THE DEBRIS. THIS IS THE TOP FLOOR, IT WOULD JUST BE AN AMAZING VENUE FOR SOMETHING IN THE FUTURE BUT

OLD CITY HALL, WE'VE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL WITH THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A TENANT OF OLD CITY HALL.

SO WHAT CAN WE DO TO IMPROVE THIS HISTORIC VENUE THAT'S OWNED

BY THE CITY, IT'S IN THE FPRA. CAN WE PUT SOME LIPSTICK ON IT, DO SOME PAINTING, REDO THE FLOORS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, ENHANCE THE AUDIO/VISUAL CAPABILITIES.

THE ACOUSTICS ARE NOT GREAT ON THE SECOND FLOOR.

IT GETS PRETTY LOUD IN THERE. WE'RE LOOKING AT ABOUT $350,000 TO INVEST IN THAT FACILITY. THE FIRST FLOOR WAS PUT OUT FOR PROPOSALS. WE REQUESTED ASSISTANCE TO MARKET THIS SPACE. WE CONSTANTLY RECEIVED FEEDBACK THAT THERE'S NO RESTROOMS, IT'S NOT BUILT OUT YET.

YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A TENANT TO DO ALL OF THIS WORK.

SO CAN WE DO SOME OF THIS WORK FOR THEM AND PUT IT BACK OUT ON THE STREET OR MAYBE FIND A DIFFERENT USE FOR THIS FACILITY.

SO FOR THIS WE'RE LOOKING AT $250,000.

THEN FINALLY THE REST OF THE FPRA OWNED PROPERTY, WHETHER THAT'S VACANT LOTS, THE PERCY PEAK GYM, BUDGETING $100,000 IF AN AC OR SOMETHING WAS TO COME UP, JUST HAVING THAT MONEY AVAILABLE. MOWING THE LAWN, I DON'T KNOW IF I MENTIONED THAT. COMMERCIAL FACADE GRANTS, WE HAD A LOT OF INTEREST IN OUR COMMERCIAL FACADE GRANT PROGRAMS. WE ONLY HAD ENOUGH MONEY FOR FOUR GRANTS SO WE WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND THAT PROGRAM WITH A $250,000 CONTRIBUTION. AND THAT IS LISTED IN THE FPRA PLAN ABOUT FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR PRIVATE SECTOR INVESTMENT.

THIS IS A NEW PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM IS ENVISIONED TO OFFER SUPPORT FOR A TARGETED AREA FOR QUICK CLEAN UP REFRESH IS WHAT WE'RE CALLING IT. THIS IDEA CAME OUT OF ONE OF OUR LAST MEETINGS. IT'S BEEN A LITTLE WHILE WHERE WE TALKED EXTENSIVELY ABOUT ORANGE AVENUE.

SO WE CAN USE ANY TARGETED CORRIDOR.

BUT THE IDEA WOULD BE OFFER PAINT, MINOR LANDSCAPING GRANT TO BUSINESS AND PROPERTY OWNERS IN THIS TARGETED SECTION OF WHATEVER CORRIDOR WE CHOOSE TO DO PAINT, SPRUCING IT UP, AND IF WE TARGET AN AREA SPECIFICALLY, I THINK WE CAN MAKE A GREATER IMPACT THAN SPREADING IT OUT. MAYBE A SECTION OR A BLOCK OR WHATEVER IT MAY BE. THEN WE MOVE ON TO ANOTHER TARGETED AREA. WE'VE LOOKED AT CRAS WHO DO SIMILAR PROGRAMS AND THEY'VE BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL WITH THAT.

POTENTIALLY ORANGE AVENUE COULD BE THE START OF THAT PROGRAM.

THE COMMERCIAL FACADE GRANT HAVE TO PUT UP ALL OF THAT MONEY IN THE BEGINNING. AND THAT COULD BE A BIG INVESTMENT FOR A BUSINESS. SO THIS IS LIKE HEY, I JUST REALLY WANT TO SPRUCE IT UP. THEY'RE INTERESTED IN DOING SOMETHING AND THEY CAME TO US AND WERE LIKE HEY DO WE HAVE A COLOR PALLET, IS THERE SPECIFIC COLORS YOU WANT US TO USE.

SO THIS MIGHT BE A WAY TO FUNNEL THAT MONEY AND MAKE AN IMPACT IN THAT AREA. THE PEACOCK ARTS DISTRICT MURAL PROGRAM, WE HAVE AN ARTS DISTRICT, WE'RE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING GOING OVER THERE. WE HAVE OTHER TOOLS THAT WE'RE TRYING TO USE IN THIS AREA. BUT WHY DON'T WE PUT UP A LITTLE BIT OF ART AS WELL. SO THIS MURAL PROGRAM LOOKING AT $40,000 TOTAL FOR SOME $8,000, $5,000 MURALS THAT WE CAN DO SPECIFICALLY FOR THE PEACOCK ARTS DISTRICT.

AGAIN WE'VE LOOKED AT OTHER CRAS AND SOME PROGRAMS THAT THEY HAVE USED. MAYBE CREATING A MURAL REGISTRY AND THEN SEEKING THE PROPERTY OWNER TO BE INVOLVED AND MAKING THAT CONNECTION AND PAYING FOR THAT MURAL.

AND AGAIN THAT'S IDENTIFIED IN ENHANCING THE PEACOCK ARTS DISTRICT IN THE FPRA PLAN. COMMUNITY EVENT SPOP -- SPONSORSHIP. WE'RE SUGGESTING THAT WE HAVE A CONTRIBUTION OF $40,000 FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS.

THE FIRST BEING THE JUNETEENTH FREEDOM BLOCK PARTY AT $20,000 AND THE NEW YEAR'S EVE FIREWORKS AT $20,000.

THIS IS IN THE PLAN GOAL NUMBER 11, WE'RE GOING TO BE WELL KNOWN FOR OUR ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS. AND 12.6 THAT WE'RE GOING TO BRING EVERYONE TOGETHER, PROMOTE THIS ACTIVITY THROUGH LOCAL ARTS, TALENTS, AND ALL OF THE THINGS THAT ARE LISTED THERE.

SO THAT IS, LET ME SLOW DOWN A LITTLE BIT.

THAT WAS EVERYTHING THAT WE'RE PROPOSING FOR 2023.

SO THESE ARE PROJECTS THAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BASED ON THAT OPERATING BUDGET WHICH WE HAVE NOT DONE IN A VERY LONG TIME. NOW WE'LL TAKE A STEP BACK AND LOOK AT WHERE WE ARE IN 2022 AND SOME ACTIVE PROJECTS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY BUDGETED AND WHERE WE ARE.

WE'VE ACHIEVED A LOT THIS YEAR. I'M NOT GOING TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT WE'VE DONE. BUT THESE ARE SOME THAT ARE

OUTSTANDING PROJECTS THAT WE WILL BE COMPLETING.

>> MADAME CHAIR, FIRST ABOUT THE MICRO MOVEMENT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK. AND I LIKE THE IDEA OF HAVING THE CLOSED CARS FOR WEATHER AND BEING ABLE TO TRANSPORT BACK AND FORTH. AND I KNOW ONE OF THE CONCERNS WAS THOSE OPEN AIR CARS AND KIND OF TRAVERSING US-1 AND SAFETY AND THOSE VEHICLES OPERATING ON THAT.

WITH THIS IN MIND AND I'VE SAID AND I'VE BE THINKING ABOUT OUR GOAL IS TO GET PEOPLE TO DRIVE LESS TO SOME OF THESE THINGS AND USE THIS MOBILITY TO GET TO PLACES.

DOES IT MAKE SENSE, AND I KNOW WE DON'T HAVE AN EXPONENTIAL AMOUNT OF PEOPLE LIVING DOWNTOWN.

THEY'RE PROBABLY A FEW MORE BLOCKS WESTWARD.

IN THAT PROGRAM ARE YOU EVALUATING RIDERSHIP OF THIS SO WE CAN ADJUST IT BECAUSE WE DO HAVE THESE VEHICLES THAT COULD GO FURTHER IN. THAT WAS MY CONCERN AS I SAT HERE. I THINK THAT'S 12TH STREET.

WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH TRANSPORTATION FOR DECADES TRYING TO GET TRANSPORTATION EAST OF US-ONE.

WE HAVE A LOT ON US-1, A LOT ON 25TH, A LOT ON VIRGINIA.

BUT WE DON'T HAVE TRANSPORTATION EAST OF US-1.

THIS GIVES US THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT TO THE INTERLOCAL TRANSIT STATION AT 8TH AND AVENUE D.

AND THEN IF ANYBODY COMES FROM THAT ROUTE, THEY CAN JUST QUICKLY TAP THE APP, GET THE RIDE, AND THEN THEY CAN GO EAST OF US-1 WHICH WE'VE BEEN MISSING.

SO NOT ONLY IS THIS A TOURISM AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ENGINE, BUT IT'S ALSO A LOCALIZED TRANSPORTATION ENGINE.

WE REALLY WERE TRYING TO SEE WHAT MAKES THE MOST SENSE.

HOW DO WE BRAND OUR NEIGHBORHOODS, THIS WAS AN ONGOING EFFORT WITH KEEP FORT PIERCE BEAUTIFUL.

IT MADE SENSE THAT THIS BE AN FPRA PROGRAM.

THEY'RE ALL DIRECTING YOU DOWN HERE TO LINCOLN PARK, TO DOWNTOWN, AND SO FORTH. WE WOULD USE THIS WAYFINDING PROGRAM TO NOT ONLY DIRECT PEOPLE TO DIFFERENT AREAS FOR THE DIFFERENT ATTRACTIONS, BUT ALSO TO BRAND THESE NEIGHBORHOODS. THAT'S WHAT THESE STAR ONES ARE FOR LIKE WELCOME TO LINCOLN PARK, WELCOME TO THE PAD.

AND THEN FINALLY KING'S LANDING, WE HAVE CONVEYED THE PROPERTY'S AUDUBON DEVELOPMENT AND THE FPRA BOARD AGREED TO CONTRIBUTE UP TO $170,000 FOR SOME OF THE DEBRIS REMOVAL.

$85,000 HAS ALREADY BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE DEVELOPER AND WE HAVE ANOTHER $85,000 OUTSTANDING.

SO THAT'S THE LAST PROJECT IN PROGRESS.

SO WE HAVE AN OPERATING BUDGET. WE KIND OF KNOW WHERE WANT THESE -- THE PARKING LOT AND THEN SOME IDEAS FOR 2ND STREET.

THE PROGRAM OFFERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF A REIMBURSABLE GRANT MATCHING 50% UP TO $10,000. THE PREAPPLICATION PROCESS STARTED BACK IN JANUARY. IN FEBRUARY AND MARCH WE HAD THE EVALUATION PERIOD. IN MAY CITY STAFF EVALUATED AGAINST THE EVALUATION CRITERIA. AND LAST WEEK THE CRA ADVISORY COMMITTEE REVIEWED THE RANKINGS AND PRESENTED THE RECOMMENDATIONS I'LL REVIEW TONIGHT.

OUR EVALUATION CRITERIA HAD A FEW DIFFERENT CATEGORIES AND I'LL GO INTO THEM IN MORE DETAIL.

THE FIRST ONE IS IMPACT. THERE WERE 50 POSSIBLE POINTS FOR IMPACT. THE POTENTIAL THAT PROPOSED BUSINESSES WOULD ENHANCE THE ECONOMIC VITALITY OF BUSINESSES WITHIN THE FPRA DISTRICT AND ATTRACT ADDITIONAL BUSINESSES WITHIN THE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES. THERE WAS 20 POINTS POSSIBLE IF THE PROJECT, DID THE PROJECT BRING THE BUILDING INTERIOR TO CURRENT BUILDING CODES AND FIRE AND ADA STANDARDS PROVIDING A MORE SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PATRONS AND THE EMPLOYEES. 20 POINTS POSSIBLE FOR THAT ONE.

AND THEN THE NEXT 110 POINTS POSSIBLE FOR IF THE BUSINESS PROVIDED ECONOMIC IMPACT TO THE COMMUNITY.

THAT WAS AT WHICH WE HAD TO CLEAN UP BEFORE WE COULD DO ANYTHING AND TAKE TITLE TO THE LAND WHICH WAS DONE AWHILE BACK. THE SECOND WAS THE MATERIALS IN THE GROUND WHICH YOU SAW IN YOUR BUDGET.

TONIGHT REALLOCATION OF THE MONEY FOR THE $170,000 FOR THE FOUNDATION REMAINS THAT WERE LEFT BEHIND.

AND THEN THE THIRD THING WAS THE SITE PERMIT, THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT SAYING THAT THE SITE WAS CLEAN.

SO THOSE ARE THE THREE THINGS WE HAVE TO ADDRESS TO BEGIN THE WORK. THE FIRST ONE, THE SUBMERGED LAND ACT HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THE CERTIFICATE OF CLEANLINESS FOR THE SITE IS GOOD AS LONG AS WE DON'T MOVE ANY DIRT.

BUT WE CAN'T BUILD UNLESS WE BUILD DIRT.

SO WE HAD TO GO BACK AND REPLY FOR A CERTIFICATE SAYING WE NEED TO MOVE DIRT. SO SINCE NICK HAD THOSE DATES IN HIS HEAD, THE APRIL 7TH CLOSING, SINCE APRIL 7TH, WE'VE BEEN TALKING WITH THE FDPE TO GET THE SITE CERTIFIED SO WE MAY BEGIN MOVING DIRT. SO I'M HAPPY TO REPORT THAT FRIDAY AFTERNOON THEY DID GIVE US PERMISSION TO MOVE DIRT.

SO WE'VE BEEN TALKING AND SAYING WE'VE GOT TO START DOING SOMETHING. WE'RE TRYING, WE CAN ONLY GO AS FAST AS THE ENVIRONMENTAL FOLKS WILL LET US GO.

SO WE GET CERTIFIED FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO BE ABLE TO MOVE DIRT. SIMULTANEOUS TO THAT WAS THE, WE PUT SOME MONITORING WELLS ON THE SITE BECAUSE WE WANTED TO GET AHEAD OF THEIR QUESTIONS OF IS THE SITE CLEAN BECAUSE WHAT THEY DIDN'T WANT US TO DO IS DISTURB THE PLUME AS IT'S CALLED IF THERE WAS CONTAMINANTS DOWN THERE.

IF WE STARTED MOVING DIRT, IT DISTURBS THE PLUME AND WE'D START A BIG PROBLEM ALL OVER AGAIN WHICH I GUESS IS WHY THE PERMIT SAYS IT'S CLEAN JUST DON'T MOVE ANY DIRT.

SO OBVIOUSLY WE NEED TO MOVE DIRT.

WE NEED TO VERIFY THAT THE PLUME IS CLEAN.

SO WE PUT THOSE NINE MONITORING WELLS DOWN THERE 90 DAYS AGO, SOMETHING LIKE THAT. AND OF THE NINE WELLS, EIGHT OF THEM CAME BACK SUPER CLEAN. AND ONE WAS ON THE BUBBLE TO BEING SUPER CLEAN. SO WE SHOWED THOSE FINDINGS TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL FOLKS AND THEY SAID THAT'S GREAT.

MONITOR IT FOR ANOTHER 90 DAYS AND THEN ANOTHER 90 DAYS AFTER THAT. AND WE DON'T HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO SIT HERE AND WATCH THE GRASS GROW.

WE NEED TO GET MOVING. SO WHAT WE DID, LONG STORY LONGER, WE KIND OF SPLIT THE BABY FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL FOLKS AND WE SAID WE'LL KEEP MONITORING THE SITE. BUT WE OVER HERE SIMULTANEOUSLY HAVE TO REMOVE THE DEBRIS. AND SO THEY AGREED IT'S TWO SEPARATE ISSUES. YOU KEEP MONITORING THE SITE AND WHILE WE MONITOR THE SITE WHEN WE CAN START REMOVING THE DEBRIS. SO THAT WAS WHAT I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU. THURSDAY THE SITE WILL BE MOBILIZED, THE CREWS WILL BE OUT THERE THIS THURSDAY TO BEGIN REMOVING THOSE. THERE'S A LOT OF STUFF THAT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. SO 80 CAPS ARE COMING OUT.

IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME, BUT THAT'S HAPPENING.

SO YOU'LL START SEEING DIRT FLY THURSDAY.
