AND I SAID, WELL, LOOK, NO SIGNS.

HE SAID, LOOK, THERE IS GRASS. I SAID WHAT DOES GRASS HAVE TO DO WITH WHERE I AM PARKING. THERE ARE NO SIGNS.

WHEN I COME HERE, SUDDENLY THE CHARGE WAS CHANGED.

I ASKED -- WILL THE CHARGE BE THE SAME WHEN I COME BACK ON THE 20TH. AND I WAS TOLD YES.

WHEN I GOT THE SUMMONS IN THE MAIL, I SAW A LINE DRAWN THROUGH THE CHARGE OF PARK IN CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.

I WAS NOT PARKED -- I SHOWED IMI WAS NOT IN THE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE CAR WAS OFF.

IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURES WHERE THE CARS ARE.

TWO DIFFERENT CHARGES. WHEN YOU REALIZE YOU DID NOT GIVE ME THE RIGHT CHARGE, YOU CANNOT COME IN MIDSTREAM AND CHANGE THE CHARGE TO A NEW ONE AFTER TELLING ME, HEY, IT IS THE SAME THING THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT CHARGES, YOUR HONOR.
