AND I HAVE PHOTO PROOF OF THE WHOLE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE EVERY VEHICLE IS PARKED ON THE GRASS BECAUSE EVERYBODY, AGAIN, HAVE KIDS AND NO PARKING OTHER THAN THE DRIVEWAY. SO MOST FAMILIES OVER THERE PARK THEIR VEHICLES NEXT TO THEIR VEHICLES ON THE DRIVEWAY IN THE GRASS BECAUSE THERE IS NO PARKING.

MY ISSUE IS HOW DO RESOLVE THAT WITHOUT BEING IN VIOLATION.

FORT PIERCE IS AN OLDER CITY AND HOUSES WERE NOT BUILT WHEN PEOPLE HAD MULTIPLE VEHICLES. SO WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH PROPERTY OWNERS TO ALLOW THEM TO EXPAND THE DRIVEWAYS WITH NONPERMANENT ITEMS SO YOU DON'T NED A PERMIT.

YOU CAN USE GRAVEL AND LANDSCAPING ELEMENTS TO MAKE DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS OFF THE SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY.

BUT CAN'T JUST BE ON THE GRASS. YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT A DESIGNATED IF YOU USE RAILROAD TIES, LAND SCAPE PAVERS, SOME GRAVEL, YOU CAN CREATES A NONPERMANENT -- DESIGNATED PARKING AREA.

WE WORKED WITH HOMEOWNERS ABOUT THAT.

BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE ONLY LOCATION THAT HAS A CHALLENGE WITH PARKING. IT WAS BUILT LONG BEFORE

EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE HAD A CAR. >> AND KIDS THEY GROW UP AND
