BACK IN 2019 LINKIN PARK MINISTRY HAD A MEETING WITH THE SCHOOL BOARD REGARDING THE MEANS COURT CENTER AS THEIR PLANS TO DEVELOP A NEW LOCATION FOR THE DISTRICT. OFFICES.

WE TALKED ABOUT WHAT THE POSSIBILITIES WORK WITH THAT BUILDING. IN MARCH 2020 WE HAD A MEETING WITH CITY MANAGER MR. MALM REGARDING THE IDEAS OF THE HIGHWAY COMING TO THE JACKIE CANNON BUILDING AND LINKIN PARK MINISTRY RELOCATING TO THE MEANS COURT CENTER BEING ONE OF THE ANCHOR ORGANIZATIONS THERE. OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER OF THE SAME YEAR WE WENT OVER TO MAINE COURT TO IDENTIFY SPACE AS WELL AS TO WHAT WOULD BE NEEDED FOR THE PROGRAM AND FOR LINKIN PARK MINISTRY. FAST-FORWARD TO 2021 WE TALKED ABOUT A LEASE. IN AUGUST 2021 LINKIN PARK MAIN STREET WAS GIVEN A LEASE, A ONE-YEAR LEASE WITH THE RENEWAL FOR THE NEXT YEAR. STATING THAT WE WOULD BE RENEWED HOWEVER, THAT SAME PERIOD THE INCUBATE NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER WAS GIVEN A LEASE, 30 YEAR LEASE, WITH A ONE-YEAR PAYMENT ONE DOLLAR PER YEAR PAYMENT.

THAT IN ITSELF IS A DISPARITY. HOWEVER, THAT SAME GROUP MOVED IN AND THEY'VE OCCUPIED AND WE'VE BEEN WHERE WE ARE AND OCCUPY THE 1900 TWO SQUARE FEET.

THAT GROUP HAS 24,017 SQUARE FEET.

IN 2021 WHEN THE SPACE WAS AVAILABLE LECOM PARK MAIN STREET COULD HAVE BID ON THE SPACE. THEY CHOSE TO NOT BID ON THE SPACE. NOW THE SPACE IS UP FOR LEASE AND WE BID ON THE SPACE OF THE PROCESS WAS TRANSPARENT.

OUR ENTITY HAVE A HIGH-SCORING POINTS AND WE PUT IN HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS INTO THE BUILDING AND MADE A HUGE TRANSFORMATION. ALSO I WANT TO STATE THAT IT WAS MENTIONED ABOUT SHAREE JOHNSON.

THE COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION WOULD THEN MOVE INTO EARLY 2026. THEN YOU CAN SEE THE CHANGES FOR PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 IF YOU WANT ME TO READ I CAN ULTIMATELY PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 WOULD END IN DECEMBER 2026.

ALSO THEY WERE CHARGED OBTAINING ALL PERMITS WITHIN A YEAR OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT THAT HOWEVER DID NOT OCCUR UNTIL JULY 7 2022.

AFTER RECEIVING THEIR PERMITS THE NEXT DELIVERABLE WHICH IS FORTHCOMING WAS TO INSTALL LANDSCAPING LIGHTING AND FENCING AND SEATING AND PARKING AND THE FINAL DELIVERY PROGRESS REPORTED AT THE FINAL STAGE COMPLETION WAS 30 PERCENT, 60 PERCENT, 90 PERCENT AND 100 PERCENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND PLAN IMPROVEMENTS. SINCE CONSTRUCTION HAS NOT BEGUN WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PROGRESS REPORTS AT THIS TIME.
