SO, WHAT IS THE DIRECT LINKAGE BETWEEN BEING ABLE TO GET EMPLOYMENT BASE TO BE EMPLOYED BY THE COMPANIES? THESE WILL BE NATIONAL COMPANIES BY THE WAY COMING INTO RESIDE IN THESE SPACES, THIS IS NOT A LOCAL OPERATIONS, THESE ARE LARGE DISTRIBUTION CENTERS, COMING IN TO LOOK TO SET UP SHOT TO SERVE SOUTHERN FLORIDA, THE WEST COAST, AND IF WE CAN'T PROVIDE THE WORK FORCE, WE RUN INTO AN IMMEDIATE JUGGERNAUT. THIS TYPE OF PROJECT ACTUALLY TEES UP THE ABILITY, AT LEAST ON A SMALLER SCALE, THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR WORKERS, THAT CAN BE WORKING IN THAT GENERAL I HAVE SINTY, AND PERSONALLY, I APPLAUD YOU FOR THE PROJECT FIRST OFF, BUT SECOND DARRYL, THIS TYPE OF NEED I THINK IS A FAIRLY UNDERLYING BASIC NEED AT THE CITY NEEDS TO CONFRONT NOW. WE HAVE SEVEN MILLIAN SQUARE FEET OF SPACE BEING BUILT WITH FOR LEASE SIGNS OUT THERE, SEARCHING FOR TENANTS. ONCE A TENANT COMES IN, THE FIST THING THEY WILL ASK IS THERE AN EMPLOYMENT BASE?
