HOWEVER, WHEN THERE IS BANKS INVOLVED, NO MATTER WHAT COMMUNITY IT IS, T THERE ARE REGULATIONS, FEDERAL REGULATIONS THAT TAKES TIME AND EFFORT THAT HAS TO BE ADHERED TO.

SO WITH NO TIMELINE AS TO CHANGE THE USE OF THE APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE USE OF THE BUILDING AS WELL AS AGREEMENTS IN PLACE WITH OTHER BIDDERS, YOU KNOW, AGAIN, THE REASONABLENESS BEHIND THAT. HOWEVER, LINCOLN PARK MAIN STREET WILL BE DISPLACED, AND OUR PROGRAMMING IS ON HOLD AS A

AND SUBSEQUENT TO THAT, WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTRACTUAL NEGOTIATIONS WITH A FIRM CALLED BEEFREE LLC. THE COMPANY, I BELIEVE, IS CALLED FREEBIE. ... FREEBEE.

I BELIEVE FINALLY HERE WE HAVE THIS ORGANIZATION IN FRONT OF YOU. OUR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER IS GOING TO EXPLAIN WHAT WE HAVE AND WHAT WE ARE ABOUT TO EMBARK INTO. I BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE FROM BEEFREE HERE WITH US TODAY TO ANSWER ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE.

THIS WAS PART OF THAT PROJECT-BASED BUDGET THAT SPEAKS TO WHAT FREEBEE IS GOING TO BE PROVIDING OUR COMMUNITY.

MOSTLY CONNECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOODS.

THIS BOUNDARY, THIS SERVICE BOUNDARY WHICH CAN BE ADJUSTED IS VERY FLEXIBLE. IT DOES INCORPORATE ALL OF OUR DISTRICTS OF THE FPRA WHICH IS VERY EXCITING.

IT IS A FREE PROGRAM. ACTUALLY, LET ME GO THROUGH.

IT IS REALLY EXCITING. IT IS KIND OF LIKE AN UBER.

THIS SERVICE IS PAID FOR BY THE FPRA.

IT IS COMPLETELY FREE TO ANY USER.

SO THEY WILL REQUEST A PICK-UP AT THEIR LOCATION WITHIN THAT SERVICE BOUNDARY. THIS DRIVER WILL COME AND GET THEM AND TAKE THEM TO ANOTHER LOCATION WITHIN THE BOUNDARY COMPLETELY FREE. THERE IS ALSO A LOT OF ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES YOU CAN SEE HERE THAT THEY HAVE SOME MOCK-UPS HERE FOR THE FARMER'S MARKET OR WHOEVER MAY WANT TO ADVERTISE. THERE IS SOME ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL TO OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES.

THIS IS THE INITIAL SERVICE BOUNDARY THAT WE ARE LOOKING AT.

AND ACTUALLY, IF WE GO BACK TO THIS FIRST SLIDE, THIS WAS THE INITIAL VEHICLE THAT WE WERE LOOKING AT BACK IN, LIKE, 2019.

WE HAVE SINCE EVOLVED. NOW WE ARE GOING TO HAVE FOUR TESLA VEHICLES. THEY ARE ENCLOSED.

THAT WILL PROVIDE SERVICE THROUGH ALL WEATHER.

AIR-CONDITIONING, RAIN, WHATEVER.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEY ARE ABLE TO CROSS THE BRIDGE.

WE WERE LOOKING AT THOSE ELECTRIC, LIKE, GOLF CARTS, AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CROSS THE BRIDGE.

THEY WOULD HAVE TO CONNECT WITH, LIKE, A VAN.

PEOPLE THAT HAVE, YOU KNOW, TROUBLE MOVING AROUND DRIVING, TO GET TO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS OR THE GROCERY STORE OR WHATEVER. ARE WE LOOKING AT THINGS AND PROGRAMS, A CERTAIN AGE AND DEMOGRAPHICS? THEY MAY NOT BE GOING OUT AT NIGHT TO DO THE NIGHTTIME ACTIVITY. THEY NEED TO MOVE THROUGH THE DAY. HOW IS THAT FACTORED INTO THE ACTUAL PILOT? YEAH.

WE HAVE REPLACED OUR STAGE CURTAINS.

WE HAVE BEGUN CONVERTING FIXTURES TO MORE ENERGY-EFFICIENT LEDS. WE HAVE REPLACED THE CARPETING IN OUR ADMINISTRATION AREA. WE HAVE REPAIRED DAMAGED SPANISH TILE ROOF. WE HAVE FIXED THE SPRINKLER TRANSFER SWITCH AND HAD IT UPGRADED.
