WE BELIEVE THAT WE CAN ADDRESS ANY OF THOSE CONCERNS AS A PART OF THE SITE PLANNING PROCESS. THE APPLICANT SUBMITTED THEIR APPLICATION FOR THE SITE PLAN LAST WEEK SO THAT WILL BE GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS AND HOPEFULLY COMING BEFORE YOU BEFORE TOO LONG IN THE NEW YEAR.
