NICEST HOUSE ON THE STREET AND I GET A NOTE SAYING I HAVE A FINAL NOTION THAT I STILL HAVE A FINAL FOR THE BUILDING, BUT THE HVAC WAS NOT CLOSED OUT SO I HAD TO GO AND GET YET ANOTHER PERMIT AND IT WAS AN SAFETY ISSUE AND IT WAS A BLACK STRIP OF MARKER ON THE CLOSET. IT COMES BACK AND BANG WE'RE DONE. LAWYERS DON'T DO THEIR OWN WORK BECAUSE I'M STILL SCRATCHING MY HEAD.

THERE'S 7 CRITERIA TO CONSIDER FOR THE REDUCTION OF THIS LIEN.

MINIMAL VIOLATION, AND THE APPLICANT HAS RECEIVED ALL NECESSARY FINAL AND APPROVED INSPECTIONS.

THREE IS THE LENGTH OF TIME TO BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE WAS 2 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS.

FOUR THE TIMES THE OWNER WAS FOUND IN VIOLATION OR ADMITTED GUILT WAS 0 TIMES. FIVE THE NUMBER OF VIOLATION NOTICES IN THE PAST AND THE NATURE AND DISPOSITION WAS 0 PREVIOUS NOTICES. SIX TO WHETHER THERE ARE EXTENUATING FACTORS LIKE UNAVOIDABLE PERSONAL HARDSHIP.

SINCE IT WAS APPROVED JUNE 8TH HE THOUGHT ALL INSPECTIONS WERE COMPLETE WHERE EACH TRADE WAS HELD TO THEIR OWN EACH.

ANY PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OWNIFIED RESPONDENT AND THIS RESPONDENT HAS NO OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE CITY FOR RENT.

AS ATTORNEY MILLER IN DIKATED CERTAINLY APPRECIATED THE IMPROVEMENTS HE MADE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE RULES AMENDED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2022, SPECIFIED THAT THE REDUCTIONS WERE TO APPEAR BEFORE YOU WITH AN APPLICATION FEE OF $250 AND STAFF IS TO RECOMMEND THAT THE LEAN NOT BE REDUCED BEFORE THE ADMINISTRATIVE COST SO IT'S STAFF'S RECOMMENDATION TO REDUCE THE LEAN TO $2449 AND 45 CENTS INCLUDING THE $200 APPLICATION F FEE.

IT WAS JUST THE GUY COMING OUT ON THE SIDE AND THERE'S A THING THAT SAYS HEAT STRIPS AND YOU TAKE A BLACK MAGIC MARKER. I SENT A PICTURE OF THE MARK HE PUT SAYING IT WAS COMPLETE. HE MARKED IT AND WE WERE DONE AND THAT WITH US AS I SAID MY REQUIREMENT BUT $1600 IS A BIT OF A LOT FOR A CLOSE OUT PERMIT THAT I DIDN'T GET IN TIME.

I THOUGHT IT ENCOMPASSED THE WHOLE THING BECAUSE THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHOW IMMEDIATE, WELL, THAT'S WHAT THAT BOWLS DOWN TO C. BUT THAT'S $50 A MONTH AND I WOULD ASK LENIENCY BECAUSE THAT'S A PENALTY OF SOMETHING I CAN SOME NOMINAL AND CERTAINLY AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART.

WE RECEIVED COMMENTS CONTRADICTING TO WHAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPROVED IN REFERENCE TO THE STORAGE YARD.
