SO, THE REQUIREMENTS WERE NOT BEAUTY OR WHAT YOU WERE WEAR BUT THEY HAD TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS AND PROVE TO US HOW THEIR DREAMS WOULD IMPACT THE COMMUNITY. SO, TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW THAT THERE ARE POSITIVE THINGS GOING ON IN OUR COMMUNITY. IT WAS A GREAT EVENT, YOU SAW THE YOUNG LADIES AND TO ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO PARTICIPATE NEXT YEAR, MR. DOUHRD HAS OPENED IT UP, WE'LL HAVE A MISS JUNETEENTH AND MR. JUNETEENTH. DO NOT E-MAIL ME, CALL HENRY. CALL HENRY AND GET THE INFORMATION. AND LOGAN AND HIS FATHER, WARD, RUN THAT BUSINESS THEIR FAMILY BUSINESS IS INSTALLING AND MAINTAINING THERMO KING COOLING UNITS. WHAT THE HUNHUNTLY'S, W TO DO IS BUILD A FACILITY ON KING'S HIGHWAY, HAVE FACILITIES AROUND FLORIDA. THEY REFRIDGE RATED, TRACTOR TRAILER STARTS TO LOSE REFRIGERATION, THE TRUCK CAN PULL INTO A FACILITY TO GET THE UNIT SERVICED. AND THEY HAVE CREWS ON THE ROAD TO FACILITATE. THE HUNTLY'S, CURRENTLY HAVE A FACILITY HERE BUT THIS WOULD BE A NEW, BETTER, EXPANDED FACILITY. WHAT THEY DO IS REALLY A PERFECT FIT FOR THE KINGS'S HIGHWAY CORRIDOR, AND THE EDC HELPED THEM TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL SITES THERE.

UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS NOT A SHOVEL-READY PROPERTY AVAILABLE ON KING'S HIGHWAY, THAT FIT THEIR NEEDS SO THEY LOOKED AT A FEW DIFFERENT PROPERTIES AND ULTIMATELY BOUGHT THIS SITE WHICH IS ABOUT 19 ACRES. BUT, THE SITE'S BIGGER THAN WHAT THEY NEED FOR THEIR BUSINESS, SO, OUR LAND PLANNER, BRIAN NOLAN HELPED THEM DESIGN THE SITE THAT YOU SEE IN THE MATERIALS, WHICH
