EXCEPT FOR FY BUDGET. >> YESTERDAY WE WENT THROUGH A VERY LONG AND STRENUOUS AND PAINSTAKING PROCESS OF REVIEWING THE BUDGET THAT INCLUDED THE FPRA.

TODAY WE GET TO TALK ABOUT THE PROJECTS THAT THE FPRA WILL BE UNDERTAKING WITH THE BUDGET IS THAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE WITH FY 23 AND FY 24. WE HAVE WITH US OUR ECONOMIC DEVELOPER WHO WILL GIVE US AN OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM AND WE ARE HERE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

I WILL GO AS FAST AS I POSSIBLY CAN.

>> SO LAST YEAR WAS THE FIRST YEAR WE PRESENTED A PROJECT -BASED BUDGET. THESE NUMBERS ARE SMALL BUT THEY WERE NOT ATTACHED TO YOUR AGENDA ITEMS. THE BUDGET WE HAVE HEAR FROM FY 23 AND THE PROJECTED EXPENDITURES THAT WE ANTICIPATE WERE NOT FINISHED YET.

BUT FOR EACH OF THOSE PROJECTS, THE BUDGET IF WE WILL THE FUTURE, OR ADDING NEW PROJECTS THAT ARE LISTED AND THE ACCOUNT CODES. THERE ARE SOME PROJECTS AND PROCESS FROM LAST YEAR THAT WE HAVE NOT COMPLETED THOSE FUNDS WILL ROLLOVER TO THE NEXT YEAR END WE ARE CALLING THAT RETAINED EARNINGS. THIS BUDGET IS BALANCED WITH THE PROJECTED REVENUES THAT WE WILL RECEIVE.

STARTING WITH THIS ONE. WE ARE BUDGETING $400,000 AGAIN.

THEY WILL BE COMING BEFORE YOU NEXT MONTH WITH AN UPDATE ON ADJUSTMENTS POTENTIALLY FOR THE SERVICE AREA, THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES. WE ALSO HAD A PRESENTATION BEFORE YOU, I GUESS THAT WAS A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO FROM THE COUNTY AND THEY WANT TO PARTNER WITH US TO EXPAND THAT.

WE WILL BUDGET AN ADDITIONAL $400,000 FOR NEXT YEAR END WE COULD EVEN ADD MORE TO MORE VEHICLES OR SERVICE AREAS.

SO WITH EVERY SLIDE I AM LISTING THE GOAL BECAUSE EVERYTHING MUST BE IN THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN. I WILL NOT READ THEM.

VOTE DOWNTOWN DETAIL AS MEN OFF TO A GREAT START I BELIEVE IT WAS IN OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR WITH THE POLICE OFFICERS WHO ARE DEDICATED TO DOWNTOWN FOR THE WEEKEND WE RECEIVED REGULAR REPORTS. WE WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE THAT FOR THE FUTURE. THE OPERATING EXPENSE WILL BE $175. AND THE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS, THAT MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO SUPPORT THEM.

I THINK AS REQUESTED YESTERDAY THEY WILL BE COMING BEFORE YOU WITH A REPORT ON ALL OF THEIR NEW PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMING.

WE DID ISSUE AN RFP FOR THE EXTERIOR RESTORATION, ONCE THE LEASE EXPIRED, WE THOUGHT, LET'S INVEST SOME MONEY AND MAKE THIS WHERE THE OUTSIDE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND LOOK AT THE INSIDE. WE RECEIVED LIMITED RESPONSE OF THE STAFF IS WORKING TO MAYBE DO A STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS, THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT CAME OUT OF THE BID PROCESS.

SO, STAFF WILL BE COMING TO YOU WITH A REQUEST FOR THAT AND THE $500,000 WILL BE ROLLING OVER TO COMPLETE THAT RESTORATION.

THIS WAS ALL ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION SO WE PULLED SOME OF THE PROJECTS FROM PHASE ONE. WE WILL BE LOOKING AT A SPECIFIC DESIGN. AND THIS WILL BE BETWEEN AVENUE A AND ORANGE COUNTY. THIS IS FROM SIDEWALK TO STREET AND WE CAN PUT SOME EXPANSIONS OUT TO MAKE IT CLOSE TO PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC ON THE WEEKEND AND EVENING.

WERE LOOKING TO ALLOCATE $500,000 FOR DESIGN OF THIS
