SOME TURNOVER IN THE CITY. AND THIS -- THE ISSUES HAVE BEEN -- HAVE BEEN KIND OF STAGNANT. THE VIOLATIONS CURRENTLY, IT INCLUDES FIVE. THREE OF THEM, I BELIEVE, HAD TO DO WITH THE INITIAL PLANS THAT WE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY HAD AN INCORRECT -- INCORRECT LABEL ON IT.

SO WE HAD TO REVISE THAT PLAN. WE HAVE REVISED THAT PLAN.

AND WE SUBMITTED IT TO THE CITY. THE OTHER TWO ITEMS ARE, WE NEED A REINSPECTION FOR OPEN PERMITS AND WE REQUESTED INSPECTIONS.

BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN SO LONG, THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT ISN'T SURE.

I THINK ONE OF THE PERMITS IS CLOSED.

SO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT TOLD ME THEY WEREN'T SURE HOW TO PROCEED. AND THE LAST ONE IS A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT, WHICH WE APPLIED FOR, AND IT WAS GRANTED A YEAR AGO. NOW SINCE WE ARE NOT OPERATING, THE -- WE NO LONGER NEED A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT, I BELIEVE.

SO I THINK THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF.

I DO WANT TO SAY WITH REGARD TO WHAT YOU OPENED WITH, MR. COSS, EVERY TIME I CONTACTED HIM, REQUESTED TO TALK, HE HAS RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY AND HAS HELPED ME.
