THE DRYWALL WAS REPLACED WITHOUT ANY INSPECTIONS AND UNABLE TO INSPECT THE FRAMING WORK -- IF ANY FRAMING WORK WAS DONE.

WE HAD REQUIRED A LETTER FROM A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN LIEU OF OUR REQUIRED INSPECTION. WITH REGARDS TO THE ELECTRICAL WORK, ELECTRIC AND SWITCHES THAT WERE REPLACED.

AN UNSAFE SITUATION WITH METER CAN THAT NOW HASLER BEEN RE RESOLVED. BUT OUR PRIMAR CONCERN IS THAT THE WIRING CONCEALED BY THE WALLS, THAT IT WAS NOT DAMAGED BY FIRE. ALL OF YOUR WIRING IS HEAT RATED TO A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE SO WE WANT A VERIFICATION FROM A PROPERLY LICENSED ELECTRICIAN INDICATING THAT WIRING WAS NOT DAMAGED. SO WHAT MR. DELEON SUBMITTED THIS MORNING IS A -- IS A LETTER FROM THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FOR THE DRY WALL AND A LETTER FROM AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE

PROPERTY MANAGER DID PROVIDE WITH US THE TENANT'S PHONE NUMBER VIA E-MAIL ON AUGUST 2. WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE PERSON, BUT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER. CONTACTED THE PROPERTY OWNER AND LEFT ANOTHER VOICEMAIL. WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER OR THE TENANT OR RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW-UP REQUEST FOR INSPECTION. AS UP, STUFF'S REQUEST TO RESTART THE FINES AND IMPOSE THE LIEN.
