THE CITY REQUESTS THAT IF THE VIOLATION EXISTS, 30 DAYS TO CONTAIN A PERMIT AND A FINE OF $100 PER DAY BE ASSESSED.

LET ME EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. THIS GENTLEMAN, HIS FAMILY HAS LIVED IN THAT HOUSE SINCE THE 1950S.

AND HE HAD AN ACCIDENT IN 1920 -- SORRY, 2020.

HE WENT INTO ASSISTED LIVING. THERE WAS A PREVIOUS -- THE PREVIOUS TRUST IS NOW BEING RUN BY A GUY NAMED ANTHONY GEORGE.

HE IS AN ATTORNEY IN STUART, FLORIDA.

BUT THERE HAS BEEN SOME DIRTY FOOTWORK.

SO JERRY ACTUALLY TOOK CONTROL OF HIS OWN TRUST, BUT THIS WAS RECENTLY. NOW HE FELL AND HE PROBING HIS HIP ON JULY 25. HE WAS LIVING IN ASSISTED LIVING IN SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.

AND THEN HE WAS RELEASED TO A REHAB CENTER IN FORT PIERCE BECAUSE I AM NOW HIS POWER OF ATTORNEY AND I WANTED HIM TO BE CLOSER WHERE I AM IN FORT PIERCE.

THERE WERE COMPLICATIONS FROM THE HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY AND NOW HE IS ACTUALLY IN LONGWOOD RGHT NOW.

AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE CONTROL OVER HIS TRUST BECAUSE HE TOOK RECONTROL OVER IT FROM THESE OTHER PEOPLE.

AND IT IS GOING TO TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE I CAN EVEN GET ACCESS TO THE MONEY. SO ALL THIS TIME -- AND I KNOW IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE THAT HOUSE HAS BEEN GOING BASICALLY TO POT. MR. VINCENT WAS NOT -- I DIDN'T FEEL I COULD TELL HIM WHAT TO DO.

SO IT -- I -- I ACKNOWLEDGE -- I MEAN, ACTUALLY SINCE THOSE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN, THE FRONT BUSHES HAVE BEEN TRIMMED.

THAT ATTORNEY IN STUART MUST HAVE GOTTEN THE NOTE.

BECAUSE THE FRONT BUSHES WERE TRIMMED BUT I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE WINDOWS ARE BLOCKED -- BLOCKED.

AND I THINK THE OTHER COUPLE OF THINGS THAT YOU MENTIONED WERE WEEDS GOING INTO A DRAIN OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
