ON NOVEMBER 30, 2022, A NOTICE WAS SENT, FRIENDLY REMINDER SENT TO THE OWNERS EXPLAINING WHILE THE GRASS WAS CUT, THE TREE CONTINUED TO BE AND NEEDED TO BE TRIMMED IN CLEANING ALONG THE FENCE LINE WAS REQUIRED. DUE TO CONTINUED NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THE TWO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON JUNE 12, 2023 THE PROPERTY WAS
