THE CODE SECTION THAT WAS IN VIOLATION WAS SECTION 125-187, SECTIONS A THROUGH F FOR BASIC ZONING DISTRICTS. ON MARCH 19TH, 2021, SPECIAL MAGISTRATE PELTIER FOUND THE OWNER IN VIOLATION, GAVE THEM 30 DAYS TO COMPLY ARE BE FINED $250 A DAY. THIS CASE ACTUALLY HAS REMAINED OPEN FOR THE TWO YEARS WITH DIFFERENT LEGAL ISSUES BEING ADDRESSED, AND THEN ON OCTOBER 3RD, 2023, THE AFFIDAVIT OF NONCOMPLIANCE WAS ISSUED, AND WE HAVE RECEIVED A REQUEST FOR A MASSEY HEARING. THE FINES ARE STILL ACCRUING, AND THEY ARE ROUGHLY $10,000 PLUS AS OF TODAY'S DATE. THEN I WILL TURN THIS
