TO AN ADJACENT RETENTION AREA. THE INITIAL PERMIT FOR THE NEW HOTEL INCLUDED A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE GENTLEMEN'S PROPERTY AS PART OF THE SCOPE. THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT REALIZE A SEPARATE PERMIT WAS REQUIRED.
