THE KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE SERVICE ARE ECONOMIC IMPACT , ENHANCING ECONOMIC VITALITY OF FORT PIERCE BY PROVIDING ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT TRANSPORTATION, WHICH ENCOURAGES BOTH RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO FREQUENT LOCAL BUSINESSES.
