A 30 DAY EXTENSION OF TIME WAS GRANTED AUGUST 20TH, 2024 AND THE AFFIDAVIT OF NONCOMPLIANCE WAS RECORDED SEPTEMBER 24TH, 2024. WE HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE OWNERS ASSOCIATION REQUESTING A FURTHER EXTENSION OF TIME. THAT MATTER WAS INITIALLY SCHEDULED FOR THE OCTOBER SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARING CANCELED DUE TO THE HURRICANE SO IT IS HERE TODAY BEFORE YOU. PRIOR TO MAKING A RECOMMENDATION I WOULD LIKE TO

WE TOOK THOSE PLANS TO OTHER COMPANIES BECAUSE WE NEED TO GET THREE PLANS ACCORDING TO -- I GUESS NOT THREE PLANS BUT THREE ESTIMATES BASED ON THE CONDO ASSOCIATION BYLAWS .
