THAT IS MY BIGGEST THING TODAY. STAFFING, WE WANT TO RESOLVE THE STAFFING SHORTAGE AND THROUGHOUT 2025, WE WILL BE VERY BUSY WITH APPLICATIONS FROM EVERY DIFFERENT TYPE OF APPLICATION THAT YOU CAN IMAGINE FOR DEVELOPMENT, AND ALSO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WHICH UNDERLIES ALL OF THE DECISIONS WITH THE ASSESSMENT OF WHAT COMES FORWARD, THE PLATFORM FROM THE PLANNING REGULATIONS IN THE CITY. IT IS A BIG DEAL THAT WE HAVE TO PREPARE THIS TO GO TO THE STATE FOR THEIR REVIEW. AS I SAID, UNDER A YEAR NOW TO GET THAT DONE. WE ARE ENGAGING WITH A CONSULTANT TO HELP US ON THAT PROCESS, QUITE COMPLICATED. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT HELP. YOU WILL GET AN UPDATE AS WE MOVE THROUGH THE YEAR. THANK YOU.
