FPUA HAS -- WE ARE UTILITY AND OFFER MANY UTILITY SERVICES, BUT WE HAVE A RICH HISTORY HERE. WE HAVE MANY ROOTS AND WE HAVE MANY STORIES TO TELL AS WE CONTINUE IN THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS WORKING AS HARD AS WE HAVE TO MOVE SO MANY INFRASTRUCTURE AND UTILITY PROJECTS FORWARD. WITH THAT, WE WERE TRYING TO FIND ONE WAY AND ONE SOMETHING THAT WOULD CAPTURE IT ALL. WE DEVELOPED AN ANNUAL REPORT THAT COVERED FISCAL YEAR 2024, WHICH WOULD

HAVE BEEN OCTOBER OF 2023 THROUGH SEPTEMBER OF 2024. WE DID HAVE HOPES OF GETTING IT DONE FASTER, BUT AS YOU SEE IN THE DOCUMENT , IT'S QUITE AN UNDERTAKING AND IT IS THE FIRST ONE THEN WE EVER PUT TOGETHER AND WE HAD A LOT TO DO. THE GOAL HERE IS CELEBRATING OUR PROGRESS AND COMMUNITY IMPACT, WHICH IS A THEME OF WHAT YOU FIND THROUGHOUT THE BOOK. HOW DID WE DEVELOP THIS REPORT? FIRST, WORK ON THE REPORT BEGAN TOWARDS THE END OF FISCAL YEAR 2024. WE KNEW EVEN BEFORE THE YEAR ENDED THAT THIS IS SOMETHING WE WERE INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING, SO WE WERE ABLE TO GET THINGS PUT IN PLACE. WE NEED FINAL NUMBERS TO COME AFTER THE FISCAL YEAR WAS COMPLETE. IT WAS A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT WITH ALL FPUA DEPARTMENTS CONTRIBUTING INFORMATION IN A FEW DIFFERENT AVENUES AND WE STARTED WITH STANDARDIZED QUESTIONNAIRES THAT HELP CAPTURE DEPARTMENTS SPECIFIC PROGRESS AND INITIATIVES. THE BOOK IS NOT ORGANIZED IN A WAY THAT EVERY DEPARTMENT GETS ITS OWN FEATURE OR SECTION, BECAUSE WE ARE TRYING TO SPEAK TO OUR AUDIENCE AND COMMUNITY. WE TRIED TO CATEGORIZE THINGS IN A WAY THAT MADE SENSE TO THE READER, WHO DOESN'T NECESSARILY WORK AT FPUA AND DOESN'T NECESSARILY PAY MUCH MIND TO HOW WE ORGANIZE DEPARTMENTS. I WILL COVER THAT IN THE NEXT SLIDE TO SHOW HOW WE CATEGORIZE IT, BUT WE DID TAKE QUESTIONNAIRES FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT IN THE COMPANY. WE ALSO COLLECTED KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FROM OUR ANNUAL BUDGET BOOK. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT FINANCE PUTS A TREMENDOUS OF OUT OF WORK INTO EVERY YEAR WITH THE BUDGET BOOK AND WE RECEIVED AWARDS FOR THESE BOOKS AND ARE VALUABLE IN TERMS OF INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE.
