ON DECEMBER 25TH, 2020 FOUR, IT WAS FOUND THE PROPERTY WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE AND THE FINES WERE STARTED ON THE FOLDER WAS PREPARED FOR A VENDOR TO ADDRESS THE VIOLATIONS. ON DECEMBER 12, 2024, THE VENDOR DID COMPLY THE PROPERTY AND THE FINES WERE STOPPED. THE MASSEY LETTER WAS SENT TO THE OWNER AND WE DID RECEIVE A REQUEST FOR TODAY'S HEARING .
