I KNOW THERE WERE A COUPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT TIMING HERE, IT WILL START AT 9:00 AND WILL GO TO ABOUT 12:00, THEN WE WILL HAVE A SHORT BREAK FOR LUNCH, AND THEN WE WILL HAVE HOPEFULLY A SHORT BOARD MEETING FOR THE AFTERNOON SESSION TO BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF REGULAR BUSINESS. SO, MAY 20TH IS A NORMAL BUSINESS DAY -- WOULD HAVE BEEN A NORMAL BUSINESS BOARD MEETING. THE FMA ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS JULY 22ND THROUGH THE 24TH. WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU TO THE BOARD MEMBERS TO COORDINATE TO SEE IF THEY WILL BE ATTENDING. WE WILL HAVE OUR STRATEGIC PLANNING WORK SESSION WITH OUR CONSULTANT THAT WILL START ON THE 24TH . THE CONSULTANT WILL START INTERVIEWING SENIOR STAFF, THE DIRECTORS AND SUCH, AND THEN WILL CONDUCT INTERVIEWS WITH THE BOARD MEMBERS AND HE IS HOPING TO HAVE THAT DONE BY THE END OF MAY. TO CLOSE OUT THE PROCESS, WE WILL HAVE OUR FINAL WORKSHOP PRESENTATION, WHICH WILL BE AUGUST 19TH. AND I REALIZE I PROVIDED QUITE A FEW DATES AND TIMES, AND WE HAVE GIVEN YOU A PRINT OUT BEFORE THE MEETING STARTED.
