a. Approval to extend City's Traffic Signal Maintenance contract to Carr Construction through end of F/Y 2018 in the amount of $118,930.

c. Approval of Contractor Selection Committee recommendation for RFP No. 2018-004 City Marina Maintenance Dredging and to enter into contract with Gator Dredging in the amount of $385,500.00.
