a. Quasi-Judicial Hearing - Review and approval of an application for Conditional Use with No New Construction submitted by property owner and applicant, Michael Robbins, to establish a Dwelling Rental, offering lodging for less than six (6) months, with a minimum of thirty-one (31) days at 1014 South 7th Street, Fort Pierce, FL. b. Quasi-Judicial Hearing - Review and approval of an application for a Site Plan and Design Review submitted by the applicant, John H.
