CHANGE ORDER 50 WAS A CONSTRUCTION OF A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND CHANGE ORDER 16 IS THE PARKING LOT CORRECTION.
THOSE CHANGE ORDERS ARE UNDER REVIEW BY THE CITY ATTORNEY BUT I DID ASK MARK , OUR CITY ENGINEER TO BE HERE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 6, THE PARKING LOT, BECAUSE WE DID MEET WITH THE CONTRACTOR AND THEY HAVE SUBMITTED A PROPOSAL OR A PLAN THAT MARK IS GOOD WITH SO THAT IS KIND OF WHERE WE ARE, RIGHT NOW.

IF YOU LOOK AT THE SCOPE OF THE WORK BEING DELEGATED BY THESE CHANGE ORDERS, PARKING LOT CONDITION, I HAVE INSPECTED IT CLEARLY AND IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. CLOSURE, THOSE THINGS ARE $25,000 ALL DAY LONG. THAT IS WHAT IT COSTS FOR A CLOSURE. WE -- IMPACT GLASS WILL BE A SUBSTANTIAL PORTION OF THIS CHANGE ORDER FOR $148,000 IN WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT THEIR , THE WINDOWS THAT ARE INSTALLED NOW ARE EARLIER GENERATION .
