WE ALSO WANTED TO SEE IT IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER PARKS RIGHT NOW, WHERE DOES FORT PIERCE STAND AND WHERE DOES THE PUBLIC SPACE STAND? AND TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THAT WE HAVE TO PROVIDE ACCESS, KEEP THE OPERATIONS OF THE MARINA, SO THOSE WERE THE PIECES THAT WE WERE STRONGLY CONSIDERING WHILE DOING THE DESIGN.
