AS ARE THE COUNTERPART, JENNIFER, AND I WANTED TO MAKE A NOTE THAT THEY ARE HERE, IT HAS BEEN A JOINT EFFORT SINCE THE BEGINNING, WE HAVE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO REALLY SPELL OUT THE NEXT STEPS OF THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT AS WELL AS EXECUTING THE GROUND RULES. YOU MAY RECALL THAT THE CITY PARCELS WERE ALSO INCLUDED ORIGINALLY. THEY HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED FROM THE SCOPE, THEY WERE TIED UP WITH SOME OTHER ISSUES AND THE DEVELOPER IS GOING TO FOCUS ON THE COUNTY, THE LARGE PARCEL, AND TO THE SOUTH, AND IT IS A 99-YEAR LEASE. THIS IS GOING TO ESTABLISH SITE CONTROL FOR PEDICLE TO REACH OUT FOR THE LOWER-INCOME TAX CREDITS AND THAT APPLICATION IS COMING UP, I

2025, THE CRA ADVISORY COMMITTEE REVIEWED THE WEST-FACING WALL.

AFTER CAREFUL EVALUATION THEY SELECTED THE TOP THREE ARTISTS.

THAT IS WHEN THEY RECOMMENDED TO HAVE THE COMMUNITY DECIDE WHICH ONE IS THEIR FAVORITE MURAL , AND BRIAN PETERSON'S DESIGN WAS

THE COMMUNITY FAVORITE WITH OVER 1000 VOTES, THAT IS THE THIRD ONE, ON THE BOTTOM. I DID MEET WITH THE ARTIST. HE DID GO TO THE SITE . BECAUSE IT IS NOT A FLAT SURFACE, WE HAD TO DO SOME ALIGNMENTS, AND MADE SOME CHANGES TO THE DESIGN, AS YOU CAN SEE, THE TOP ONE IS THE ORIGINAL ONE, THE BOTTOM ONE IS THE NEW DESIGN. ADD WE REMOVED SOME OF THE TREES, AND REPLACED THE LITTLE GIRL AT THE TOP, WITH AN ADDITIONAL LITTLE GIRL.

PREPARING TO GO ON STAGE PRETTY MUCH. AND THE JAZZ PLAYERS AS WELL. AFTER DOING AN INSPECTION ON THE CONDITION OF THE BUILDING, THERE ARE SOME SERVICE CRACKS , AND THEY NEED TO PRIME THE SITE FOR CLEANUP. THAT IS GOING TO COST AN ADDITIONAL $15,000. ON TOP OF THE $75,000.

WE MAY WANT TO CONSIDER ENCOMPASSING THAT INTO THE SCOPE OF WORK, IF WE ARE DOING $15,000 WORTH OF REPAIRS, THE CONTRACTOR IS ON SITE, LET'S DEAL WITH THE ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING, THERE ARE ACTIVE LEAKS ALL OVER THE BUILDING, THIS CONDITION EXISTS ON THE OTHER THREE SIDES. I ASSURE YOU IT DOES, THERE ARE ACTIVE LEAK POINTS ALL OVER THE BUILDING. SIMILAR TO STAGING A BUILDING, THE BUILDING ENVELOPE WANTS A COMPROMISE, WE HAVE BIGGER PROBLEMS, WE HAVE DETERIORATION, DELAMINATION OF STUCCO, INTERIOR WATER PENETRATION IN THE BUILDING. IF WE ARE MOBILIZING TO DO $15,000 WORTH OF EXTERIOR WORK, MAYBE WE SHOULD CONSIDER DOING THE WHOLE THING.
