THE CASE WAS INITIATED BY MYSELF ON FEBRUARY 21 OF 2019. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY IS ARMANDO RAMIREZ. THE VIOLATIONS ARE SECTION 16SS6, 47, 48 NUMBER ONE AND FIVE FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE. SECTION 16SS6, 47, 48, NUMBER FOUR, PARKING OTHER THAN PAVEMENT. ON MAY 15, 2019 IS SPECIAL MAGISTRATE ROSS FOUND ARMINDA RAMIREZ IN ANOTHER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VIOLATIONS AND GIVE THEM 10 DAYS TO CORRECT THE VIOLATIONS OR A FINE OF $150 PER DAY WOULD BE ASSESSED. ON JUNE 6, 2019, AN INSPECTION WAS MADE. THE PROPERTY WAS NOT IN COMPLIANCE AND FINES BEGAN.

ON JUNE 16, 2019 AN INSPECTION WAS MADE, THE PROPERTY IS NONCOMPLIANCE AND FINES WERE STOPPED. ON JULY 18, 2019 WE RECEIVED A REQUEST FOR REDUCTION FROM MR. RAMIREZ. THE TOTAL ACCRUED FINES ARE $1530 INCLUDING A $30 REPORTING FEES. THERE ARE NO RECORDED LIENS AT THIS TIME.

I DID SPEAK TO MR. RAMIREZ BEFORE THE HEARING AND WE BOTH AGREED ON REDUCING THE FINES TO DO HUNDRED $50. JUST FOR THE RECORD, THE GRAVITY OR SERIOUSNESS OF THE VIOLATIONS WERE MINOR. THE ACTIONS THAT WERE TAKEN PLACE OR THAT ALL THE OUTSIDE STORAGE ITEMS WERE CLEARED AND PARKING ON OTHER THAN PAVEMENT WAS STOPPED.
