THERE WILL BE NO BUS SERVICE PROVIDED TO THE LOCATION. THERE WILL BE GRADES KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12. THERE IS A BASKETBALL COURT THAT IS LOCATED ON THE SITE ALONG WITH AN OPEN FIELD FOR PLAY. THERE WILL BE AN OPEN COURTYARD AREA. NO FOOD WILL BE PREPARED ON SITE. EVERYTHING WILL BE CATERED. [00:45:01] THERE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 40 STAFF MEMBERS. THAT HAS BEEN BUMPED UP AND THEY ARE LOOKING AT DOING A CORD OR STUDY TO WHAT IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEEDED BECAUSE EVERYONE IS SEEING THE LEAVES AND EVERYTHING HAPPENING. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY ARE TRYING TO DO A HOLISTIC LOOK AND AGAIN WORK WITH THE DOT TO GET SOME STATE FUNDING FOR THAT AS WELL. SO TYPICALLY WHAT HAPPENS IS THE COUNTY TRIES TO GET THE RIGHT AWAY WHEN NEW PROJECTS COME ALONG. THEN WHILE THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL IN THE CITY, THEY WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE COUNTY TO GET PERMISSION TO BUILD WITHIN A RIGHT-OF-WAY. WHERE A, NURSERY SCHOOL, WANTED TO OPEN NEXT DOOR TO A FACILITY THAT WAS ALREADY SELLING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. WHEN I POSED THE QUESTION TO THE PLANNING DIRECTOR, AS TO WHY WE WOULD BE IN A SITUATION WHERE WE COULD APPROVE THIS CHRISTIAN NURSERY SCHOOL TO OPERATE NEXT DOOR TO A BEVERAGE FACILITY, BUT WE COULD NOT DO THE REVERSE. THE ANSWER WAS NOTHING IS IN THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE ORDINANCE THAT SAYS YOU CAN'T. AND SHE WAS RIGHT. WE WERE ABLE TO VISUALIZE THE ISSUES THAT THEY WERE CONFRONTED WITH AND DIGEST THE INFORMATION AND COME UP WITH A WORKING PLAN THAT WAS VERY EFFECTIVE IN MAINTAINING THE HISTORICAL NATION -- NATURE OF THE PROPERTY RELATIVE TO COMPLIANCE. MY COMMENT TO THIS IS SIMPLY, I FOUND THAT IT WAS A VERY WORTHWHILE EXPEDITION TO AN ON-SITE PROJECT. I WOULD JUST SUGGEST IN THE FUTURE THAT THIS MAY BE A MECHANISM THAT THE PLANNING BOARD MAY BE ABLE TO EMPLOY AS WELL FROM COMPLICATED ISSUES THAT REALLY WITH EYES ON CERTAINLY WOULD BE BENEFICIAL. I GUESS I AM SAYING IT WAS A GREAT CONCEPT AND EXECUTION. IT WAS ONE 100% SUCCESSFUL FOR THE CITY, FOR THE DEVELOPERS. IT WAS A WIND WIN ALL OF THE.
