I AM NOT TRYING TO TELL YOU TO LEAVE. IN THE MEANTIME TURN THEIR CELL PHONES OFF OR ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES THAT MY INNER OF THE MEETING AND JOIN US WITH THE

MR. TIM MCCONNELL WILL BE LEAVING US THIS WILL BE HIS LAST OFFICIAL BOARD MEETING UNLESS WE CAN TWIST HIS ARM AND TRY TO GET HIM TO COME BACK TO US AT SOME POINT. AND BY THE WAY.

HE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB HERE FOR THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE. HOW LONG HAVE YOU SAT ON THIS

ÃDOES NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT THE PUBLIC HEALTH SAFETY AND GENERAL WELFARE AND IT'S IN ONE FOURTH MILE OF A TRANSIT STOP AND FIVE MINUTES PER ACRE PURSUANT TO THE COMP PLAN POLICIES AND 1.1-6 A AND 1.1-7. SO THAT WOULD BRING THE TOTAL TO 17 UNITS PER ACRE CURRENTLY IS IN THE FUTURE LAND USE COMP PLAN THEY WERE ALLOWED 12 UNITS PER ACRE.

BEFORE I GO OVER THE STAFF RECOMMENDATION I ASKED THAT YOU HAVE THREE SEPARATE MOTIONS ONE FOR THE REZONING ONE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AND DESIGN REVIEW AND ONE FOR THE CONDITIONAL USE WISHES FOR THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. THE STAFF HAS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL. ONE THE LANDSCAPE WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THE CITY CODE 123 ÃSIX THE LANDSCAPE FOR THE COMMON AREA CLUBHOUSE LAKES AND PARKING AREA SHALL BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS SUBMITTED. SUBMIT A SIGNED SEALED SURVEY TO THE ENGINEERING POP PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY CODE AND REMOVE THE LIGHT GRAY FROM THE COLOR SCHEME AND USE COLORS FROM THE BLUE VIOLET OR BLUE-GREEN COLOR PALETTE.
